We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus. It is a most welcoming place that makes Brussels even better!

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. Gave great tips and eating reccommendations. Rooms were very cute. While the room was small it was not claustrophobic as it had good lighting from the windows. Maybe a small cupboard for hanging some clothes would be good. However you are in Europe where rooms are small.

Very helpful staff. Rooms were very small and need decorating. We stopped in another hotel in Brussels and 1 in Bruge which were cheaper and rooms much larger and better value for money.

Every room is different and inspired in a different location in the world. I stayed in "Japan". Room was rather small but confomrtable. It was clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Although being next to Place St catherine it is very quiet. Staff is very friendly. Free wifi. Lift does not reach the fourth floor, which may be a problem if you carry large suitcases.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the themed rooms, and thought it was a fab idea to have dine out in Brussels then go to bed in Tibet! We will definitely stay there again. 5 Stars.

I liked the excitement to have the chance to stay in different themed rooms. You didn't know which room you were going to stay in until you checked in. My husband and I got the Marrakech room and it was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast that the hotel provided had a large variety and everything was delicious. The owners and staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is in a class of its own. The rooms are fabulously decorated. You never know in which country you end up, this time it was Morocco, next time it could be Japan or Cuba. You are woken in the morning by the smell of freshlfy baked bread and croissants. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was there only for one night, would have liked to stay a bit longer!

great location, very easy to move all around the city. Rooms very funny according different styles and theme. Free WiFi. Staff friendly. Breackfast good with choise of cold and hot plates. Good value for money for a week-end or short stay. my room Cuba has been very lovely, but probably is fitted for one people, and not enough spaciously for 2, in fact the bed attached to the wall is quite small for my husband and me and I have to jump on it to go to sleep.

Interesting design of rooms, good breakfast, privacy, good location (near to the Grand Plaza, just next to the metro station), friendly staff, clean. Cable from the kettle too short to reach the electrical outlet. Extension would be helpful.

Friendly, relaxed welcome with some very useful guidance for my first visit to Brussels. Brilliant location in quiet area but less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The room - I stayed in Congo - was a delight. Altogether a great little hotel with real style and a charming sense of humour.

A very friendly staff! Our room (Vietnam) was small but comfortably, the quality of the bed was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent, there was a lot of choice and on my request they even provided gluten-free bread!!! The hotel is situated in a quiet area on walking distance from the Grand Place.

Owners couldn't be more helpful - gave lots of useful tips and answered all our questions. Very welcoming. Great breakfast - very relaxed, food quality very good. Great location - street felt safe, quiet but lots going on nearby. Very handy for metro. Hotel very clean. Decor more kitsch than kooky. Room quite small, even though deluxe room booked.

First of all the owners are such an amazing people. The staff in the Hotel also are exactly the same. Although they have many clients they treat you as a unique one. They are always kind and always helpful. Then the other thing I liked about the Hotel is the rooms. They are also unique each one of them with a theme from a country. Therefore, they do not have room numbers but names. As an example I stayed in the Japan Room. I definitely recommend the Hotel and next time I visit Brussels for sure I will go back again to the same Hotel as I liked and most of all enjoyed very much the way I was treated.
