Lights qnd tv did not work in room, cqlled receptionist & asked for another room. Receptionist tried fobbing me off by fiddling with keycard fob which goes into a slot to enable lighting. He stuck q knife in it qnd lights work for couple of minutes, then turned off again. Finally convinced him to give me another room.

A wonderful apart-hotel for a very reasonable price. A nice specious studio with kitchenette, ideal for a couple. Very clean, well furnished and equipped. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Situated in a colorful oriental district near the North station. About 20-25 minutes on foot from the city center; alternatively, one can take metro on the North station. There is also a tram stop just at the hotel entrance, but we did not investigate where these trams go. One has to ask for the kitchen utensils on the reception, which is slightly inconvenient.

Stop! Do not go to this hotel. The attitude of staff is disgusting. The hotel is very dirty. Heating does not operate I made a reservation for five days, but upon arrival, I informed the staff that will stay four days. The receptionist knew about twenty words of English and lied all the time, he will talk to his boss and told me the last day, can not remember who I am.

Gym, quite big room. Room was really dirty, sticky and smelly of cigarettes. Don't even dare to move furniture as you might find unpleasant surprises. I ask for another one but place was booked. To get cooking pots etc you have to ask for them as those are not in the room. Lazy cleaning leaving new towels on room desk instead of bathroom, room was cold etc. Poor location unless you enjoy kebab.

I liked the price and the room was excellent. Large and comfortable. I didn't think the breakfast represented value for money.

A good amount of space/seating for all and helpful staff. Good price. Free wifi was a bonus. A bit of a walk to the metro (but the trams run from outside the door every 20 mins).

The room was very comfy, and it was nice to have a kitchenette to prepare some of my meals. I also enjoyed having the gym to use every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel is conveniently located close to a tram and the North train station, it's also close to a seedy red light district. I would have liked some English channels on the tv. Overall, I would use them again.

It was cheap :) The fridge didn't work, but as I spent next to no time in (other than sleep the night) I clean forgot to report it to the Reception.

I got a large apartment with a well equipped kitchen, a sat TV and a wi-fi router in the living room, a spacious bathroom, a comfortable bedroom, a central heating... Unfortunately the lift was out of order.

A good room with 2 sections and a kitchen place was perfect for a company of 4 friends. The hotel is located right near the "red lights" district. The hotel is located far away from the city center.

It was almost the only place I could get a room for 5 people. It's a very difficult task to find such a room in Brussels The apartment was very minimally equipped. Had to eat breakfast out of cups (Not that terrible) The front door access is only possible if the reception desk buzzes you in. If it's unmanned, you're left out until they're back.

Hi, We cannot fault the hotel, Our apartment was spacious and very clean and nicely set out with great views of the city both back and front. We also had one of two apartments on the top floor of which both had a decked terrace outside, so it was lovely to sit out and have a drink looking at the view in the sun as it was hot all weekend. Plenty of warbrobe and draw space and a comfy bed and two safes (free to use). The lounge area was large and had a nice leather setee, chair, coffee table, tv with dvd. Could only find two english speaking channels though, but we were not in much to watch it. The kitchen area was modern and set out great with a table for two at one side and fridge of course, kettle and a dishwasher, but only plates, cups, glasses, cutlery for two people and not really any other utensils or pans if you needed to cook, but I think you could get them from reception. But we were out most of the time and didn't use it apart from making a brew. The bathroom was great too except for the shower screen could of done with being a bit wider as the water wet the floor a bit when having a shower, but not too much. The two guys we dealt with at reception were great and the one who we saw the most, which I forgot to get his name but he wore glasses and helped us out loads with information and booking us in last minute at the restaurant at the top of the Atomium Sphere on the Saturday night, which was dear but lovely with fantastic 360 views as it was 92 meters high!! He was great at his job and we had a good laugh with him as we had common interests in motorbikes and the Tomorrowland Festival which we went to in Boom while we were there. There was a spa/gym but we did not have time to use it. It was only about a 8 minute walk to the north station and the tram line was right outside the hotel with frequent stops which took about 10 mins into the centre of Brussels.

the room was surprisingly well appointed and staff friendly and helpful my only complaint about the actual hotel was that the fridge in the room smelt as though something had died in it but other than that it was quite a pleasant surprise the location was... interesting. I arrived late at night and felt a bit uncomfortable walking to the hotel from G D Nord station. certainly wouldnt recomend doing this if a solo female traveller. eating wise.. not much nearby unless you like kebabs

The hotel has very nice staff. The studio I stayed in was clean and spacious. Great cost/benefit ratio. It's a clean hotel in a not so clean neighbourhood. Windows are not entirely soundproof, which can be a problem since the hotel is situated along the tram line.
