The breakfast was really good: lots of choices for every taste. Fresh fruits, hot dishes etc. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. Free wifi worked very well.

The shower was impractical. The cleaning personnel was a bit careless. The door hinges squeacked and nothing had been done though a previous customer had made a note on that on their form that just hang there.

Excellent value for money ratio. Tasty food.

I booked a room with a king size bed. I got double tinny beds where I passed an unconfortable night. I expected to not pay that night. And the shower was broken. After request I got a new room with King size bed however it was very difficulte to regulate the water temperature in the shower because the system was not working correctly. I asked to talk to a manager and I was told that there is no manager.

I stayed in the hotel for a conference. The room was tidy and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The bath was small and the showerhead was well, not really a showerhead.

Comfortable and quiet.

I like the price, it is very affordable particularly in this financial crisis.

Airport transfer was very efficient

Although I booked a single which states double bed, only twins were available and they were very small beds.

Waited 1 hour for shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport. Shuttle bus driver was very confused and didn't even help us with luggage.

Location and facilities. The location is about 8k from the Brussels airport and less than 2 miles from the nearest metro station. The facilities are nice and comfortable. The shower was a bit awkward to figure out, but this is to be expected when traveling to a different region of the world. The room was sufficiently sized (especially by European standards) and the bed were comfortable. The staff were also accommodating. We came in on a very early morning flight and had requested early check upon our online reservation. We were told that early check was only available as rooms were open. So we knew going in that we may not get to check in. When we arrived at the hotel there were no fewer than 3 tour buses parked outside and the lobby was very busy. When we approached the desk they told us that no rooms were available but that they would let us know as soon as possible. So jet lagged we just sat in the lobby and waited for about 30 to 45 minutes when they called us over and checked us into our freshly cleaned room. I thought this was very accommodating given the busy nature of the hotel that morning. Subsequently, the next day was very quite and peaceful.

The airport shuttle. They only start the shuttle service at 6am and it runs every 1/2 hour. But due to a large amount of road construction ongoing in the area the shuttle invariably gets delayed. My suggestion would be to program the hotel number in your phone then call them once you get to the hotel shuttle stop at bru. This hotel has no information posted at the shuttle stop and most of the other drivers are not too familiar with their service.

Pleasent & Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Easy access to Metro. Widest International spread breakfast. Week end rates are very attractive.
