Best Western Premier Sodehotel La Woluwe

I know this hotel very well and I come there often.What I like most is it's confort and the courtesy of the staff There is however a new guy that seems to be an exception to this rule.Hope this was just a bad day for him

Well, recently the "rules" concerning parking were changed namely the guests are not allowed to park in the closed parking anymore (which became personnel parking and which has many free places!!). The outside parking is far less convenient and besides it costs the same price as the closed ones (that's not fair!)

Rooms were clean in general. Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choices

Lack of protected parking space. The fact that the hotel charges for an outdoor parking space. Noise during the night in the coridor (due to guests)

-service outstanding, breakfast delicous and enormous variety, room clean, huge, comfortable and well equipped, easy to reach the city center via metro for sightseeing or lunch/dinner, fun or excitement, price extraordinary fair rate

Ugly grey "grease?" mark on towel. Impossible to open cupboard to hang up jacket or shirts, no place to put down suitcase to unpack. TV screen badly deformed image on lhs of screen... Overal impression = use if no other alternative (199€/night !)

The location, definitely.

The restaurant was closed and we were not notified until the last minute. The staff was not rude but did not quite come across very professional either.

Close to University Catholique de Louvain and their university hospitals (Clinic St-Luc)

no gym, poor business center, no devoted concierge nor bell man

Good shuttle service between BRU airport and hotel.

Hotel sent us a shuttle service schedule which shows regular shuttle every 30 minutes. So we were waiting in the BRU airport for it for one full hour. In fact, customer needs to call the hotel for the shuttle to come. Hotel should have told us about that.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast and dinner were good quality and plentiful.

School age kids running along the corrodors late at night on both nights, which woke me up.

The Hotel looks very nice inside and outside. Close to the Airport. (10 monutes by car). Shuttle from the hotel to the airport.

We have stayed at this hotel for one night, just before our flight. The room wasn't perfectly clean, but it was fair for the money we've payed. The most terrible thing that one could only imagine: the bed clothes and the towels were dirty (dust) and were contaminated with some hairs of different types and kinds!

Very good price/quality.

Fine accomodations

My son left his Nintendo DS in the hotel room and it was never found.

The staff were very helpful and all requests were dealt with promptly. The size of the room was good.

I had a non smoking room but it was evident that someone had been smoking in it.
