Best Western Premier Sodehotel La Woluwe    

The room was spacious and the bed was nice. It had a boiler for making tea and coffee.

The wifi didnt worked at all, and the staff was not helpful on solving that (they kept saying that there was nothing wrong, although we tryied with a laptop, an ipad and a smartphone) so we didnt had internet at the room. The bathtub sink was broken, so we couldnt empty the bathtub.

Not too much traffic in the area to and fro I had to go during my stay.

I arrived late and requested a room service. I was really pissing staff off by asking something at 8:30pm. Although there was a long menu, they only accepted to microwave a frozen pizza. The waiter even made me feel that I was pissing him off.

It happened to be convenient for where we needed to be.

Lack of tea/coffee supplies in 3rd floor room, despite kettle and cups being there. Staff advised us this was due to change of ownership of the hotel.

Quite frankly, the service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. The front desk agent(Andrew?) spoke both English and Flemish fluently, and was extremely helpful with advice on how to enjoy our time at the hotel and the surrounding area. His excellent service made our stay an enjoyable one.

It was convenient for our last night transit in Brussels as we had to get to the airport for an early morning flight and it had a free shuttle service !

1. Its in the wilderness and certainly not convenient to access with bags from the metro station. 2. It had an a/c in the room which never worked and on enquiring, we were told A/c's have not been working for over a year.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in! Its a shame that bookings.com have this on the list as 4 star which it is not. Understand they are closing the hotel in one month for renovation which is much needed.

Only one thing - location!

Fridge unplugged, phone cable in room disconnected. Over-priced - Could have stayed downtown in a more comfortable hotel for less money - will not be returning in a hurry or receommending x

I understand from the staff the hotel is about to undergo major renovations so commenting further is a bit pointless. The location is nevertheless quite convenient in terms of access to the airport.There are no restaurants or metro stops close by.

I liked that it was located outside Brussels and not so busy....easy access to the city by Bus or walking to the Metro. The hotel itself was quiet....nice rooms.

I didn't like the fact that it was advertised as "wi-fi" throughout the hotel. We had minimum if any wi-fi connection on our laptops and tablets. One day we spent the afternoon as it was raining in the lobby so we were able to go on the internet. This is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel....free wi-fi.

Location was why we stayed here: near family and Metro.

The hotel adveritised wi-fi through out the hotel, but our room only connected sporadically. The hotel will be rennovated next month.

It is too far from de city center

The hotel shuttle was easy to use and took you directly back to your terminal. The staff was very helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long flight.

The restaurant was just ok.

I booked 1 bed and they gave me 2 small single beds. They hotel is completely full, but this was not true, hotel was empty. Hotel staff not friendly, not helpful.

Not recommendable for business traveller. There was no one in reception when I came in. I was woke up 5:30 AM to be let know hotel telephone system did not work and no wake up call was available. 5:30 AM !!

le wifi qui ne passe pas dans la chambre que nous avions prise.

Rien si ce n'est la situation pres de la clinique ou nous avions RDV.

Tout c'est loin d'etre un quatre etoiles meme pas deux... chambre avec douche archaique pas de clim..... affreux..... et nous avions tenté une première chambre ou nous n'avons pas su arreter la douche...l'employé a du "couper" l'arrivée d'eau...

Le calme

Le ménage laissait à désirer le personnel de l'accueil sans client à s'occuper était allongé sur une banquette !! La raison serait que l'hôtel est en cours de travaux pour une extension.

Le wk .il manque de personnelet la comande du petit dejeuner en chambre a ete oubliee !!!!

laissé à l'abandon en attendant la construction de leur Palace. Prix à négocier !!!!
