Easy parking, unusual setting, bright comfortable room with a big bed. The facilities are fantastic with the health spa and outdoor swimming pool. An oasis of calm and tranquillity, perfect after a long day in the car. The food was lovely in the restaurant if not a little fancy for what I wanted.
A little bit of noise from the train line in room 4, but not too bad.
Very helpfull area, quiet and very near to the center.Very big room, very nice spa and pool...Very polite and helpfull stuff...
wacky design with plenty of space
lacking in comfort with very soft bed. theme was good but lack of quality throughout let it down.
The hotel. The room. The staff. The dinner. The breakfast. Excellent experience.
SPA is very good , especially possibility to take a swim at 7 in the morning. Room is big and bed is ok. Staff is extremelly friendly.
Restaurant is a bit expansive for the quality/quantity.
Spa and sauna rooms are great.
Very nice design hotel and a welcome change from the euroboxes that are everywhere.
Room had no air con and was on the road so noisy. Bed very uncomfortable. €20 for a small mediocre bottle of wine from the mini bar. Although I had to book for breakfast when I arrived they were not happy to see me. For €17 i was offered eggs and that was it apart form the buffet.
Not a 4 star
the welness complex was dirty, nothing to do, and before they told me there where 3 x a day something of a experience.
parking comfortable beds nice bathroom lot of space quiet "factory" feeling close to center
we got 'used' room at first
open-air swimming pool!
It was very cold in the room and in the corridors, the bath is behind the bed O_o couldn't find the hotel for a long-long time
Free covered parking. You could easily walk into the town. Next to the railway but absolutely no noise. Large, airy room.
Designer hotel meant that there was no wardrobe - only hangars above the minibar. That meant you couldn't hang a dress there. For some reason, the lighting in the toilet is so bright it almost burns out your retina. But the 2 small downlights in the bathroom mean that you can hardly see to put on your make-up. I turned off the heat in the room but it was far too hot so I didn't sleep well. In general, the hotel is very warm. They could save some money by turning the heat down a bit.
The architecture. Breakast was ok and there were newspapers.
Because we arrived around 18:30 there were no standard rooms left. They gave us an apartmemt, which is not used by guests very often. It was a bit cold at our arrival, it was to big for us, and not cosy, there was almost no toilet paper left - we had to ask for more in the reception and we had to carry it ourselves. In order to use the spa we would need to pay an extra €36, and this was not clearly stated when the booking was done.
very stylish, tasty breakfast
gateway could be clearer signed
again... dust and spider webs...
again... dust and spider webs...
Nice and clean, spacious and modern. Beds comfortable.
The location is a bit grim, you feel as though you're entering a disused factory unit rather than a hotel
The hotel provided everything as described and it was clean. The spa was nice and the pool water warm. The towels and bath robes were good. The bed was comfortable. The car park area was under cover and secure. We didn’t try the restaurant so cannot comment on that. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town where there are a good variety of shops and restaurants.
There was a lack of signs, e.g. we were not sure where to go on arrival as the reception area was not clearly identified. When we came out of our room there were no “way out” signs and all the doors looked the same. Although the receptionist was a lovely person, she seemed to be the only one there doing the reception and spa, so a lack of staff. The hotel seemed unwelcoming and unexciting. The room could have had a few more furnishings to make it cosy. The whole hotel was all a bit stark. The pool had different levels and seats etc which were unclear when in the water and should have been clearly marked to avoid hitting yourself unexpectedly.
