A good basic hotel. Clean and welcoming. Good facilities. Good breakfast included good size room. Bed creaked a lot. Could have been warmer. Heating set to minimum |

Hotel was in an interesting location with all-night shops close at hand. Free parking and decent breakfast, I'd definately stay here again. |

The city centre is within walking distance - but parents with small children beware that the redlight district is 200 m away It's a one star hotel and the quality corresponds to that (uncomfortable bed, noise in the corridor) |

Reasonable breakfast buffet. You can hear everything that is happening in the neighbour room, though I had quiet neighbours. |

It has a convenient, if slightly sleazy, location at a reasonable price. Breakfast is copious. Institutional style. Not very comfortable. Quality of cooked items at breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. |

Room was very clean Matresses had plastic covers, therefore beds became much too warm. Also, lots of mosquitoes in room, this was a problem. |

II would like to express how hard Oskar and his wife worked to ensure the production of the theatre's 60yr anniversary of the Zeemenshuise and also the dedicated bar staff that helped to make the night a most enjoyable evening. |

It was clean and efficiently run and quiet There is no air conditioning, no mosquito nets and no fans. In Belgium, you need at least one of those three. We could not sleep in the stuffy, hot room, and could not open the windows. It was wildly overpriced for this lack. Mosquito nets alone would make this a decent hotel. We did not expect luxury, but in a mosquito plagued country, a fan at least is required if you're going to have to sleep with the windows closed. |
