It said on the internet pay by card, and this was not the case they wanted cash, also the mini bars are all empty, and you could not buy a cup of English tea to take up to your room, only fruit tea, but they had English tea in the restuarant, as there were no tea making facilities in the rooms |

The hotel is close to the sea, breakfast is various, rooms are very spacious It's too noisy at night time (I had to close the balcony doors so my baby could sleep); I didn't see many smiles (I used to work in a 5 star hotel and I know a smile can make the difference) |

Friendly staff, which always respond to customers request quickly and effectively. No wireless Internet access, which is normally available in hotels of relevant category. Improvement of room service would be desirable. |

They ask for 15euro for guest registration, for a visitor on the room. that sucks. Also to the restaurant after the dinner they refuse to give me 1 tomato to the room. |

The hotel is at the exact center, close to many attractions, but by this reason is also very noisy around sometimes, so both liked and not. The rooms are large, the ones with the sea view are fine It does not match my idea for a 5-star hotel! There are small, bur very irritating things , which have to be approved. One iron for the whole hotel, not enogh towels in the room and no any other accesosries exept 2 small soaps, empty mini-bar, the pool for me-too small for such a big hotel, and other little things like this. At leave, they charged us extra becouse of some colored towel from my hair, which was very anoying.... |

the food was good and the room clean; we had parking places in front of the hotel the stuff at the reception aren't well trained and the services/facilities must be improved |

Att det låg nära stranden och till centrum. Städningen var också bra. Frukost var dålig eftersom juicen oftast var slut. Dessutom var det väldigt mycket oljud på kvällen/natten från uteställen utanför (alltså dåligt isolerat). Sen så var det något konstigt ljud från kranen i badrummet som lät ungefär var 10 minut. Hotell personalen kunde knappt prata engelska ock verkade vara på dåligt humör. |

Närhet till allt. Utmärkt läge! Personalen var väldigt otrevliga o sura. Frukosten var knappt godkänt. |

bin schon 6 Jahre in diesem Hotel , zentral gelegen und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! in den Zimmern muesste langsam mal etwas gemacht werden |
