This hôtel answers all your needs even if ont a palace good room service,wifi connexion etc. Ot is 15 minutes slow Walker fom city center and close from train station

Pleasant staff, good access to bus and railway stations, spacious well-designed no-frills quiet room with good basic facilities.

Lovely hotel not far from the main street of the city. Staff were very kind, helpful and smiley. The room was very decent size and had all necessary amenities. The internet was very good too. Breakfast was sufficient. Maybe they could add more fresh seasonal fruits. I would definitely stay there again during my next trip to Plovdiv and would recommend Alliance Hotel to anyone travelling to this city either for business or leisure.

Hello, I would like to say about Alliance Hotel, that its very clean hotel, the kitchen is more than perfect, the dishes was tasty and delicious and service very professional. I slept very comfortable, the bath was nice and clean. I also like the location of Aliance Hotel, because its near to the centre. The only thing I was not pleased was, there wasnt swimming pool, but I believe in the future, the managment of the Hotel could solve this problem. Thank You for the pleasure stayed I get, think next time Im going to book again in the same hotel my trip to Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Large room, fantastic bathroom, enormous roof terrace with great views - I was amazed at the value for money.

Breakfast wasn't great

I don t have to say anything good for this hotel!!! It is not a hotel!!!! I have traveled the world and is the worst hotel ever.. Even from the last Forgotten hotel to outlying villages!!! I choose it for the location, the swimming pool and the massages!!! I think that I have to pay something more but I have three days to relax!!!THIS Is not happened!!! The location is WRONG!!The hotel is doing renovation works !!! no swimming pool no massage!!!only huge noises !!!all day from early morning until afternoon they demolishing !!!!pay for headache!!! And nobody says sorry!!!!! Nobody inform me before what to wait!!!

The first morning at 07.30 a man came in the room without reason!!!! No sorry from him!!!! The breakfast is non existent !!! they forced you to choose what breakfast you want from 9 options from the day before!!! In the morning you waiting 20 minutes to see a plate with nothing!!! You have to ask to the lazy indiferrence waiters to bring you all the breakfast you choose!!!! Tragic breakfast!!!! The third day they say..today we are full so we have buffet breakfast!!! All empty..no bread no coffee empty plates and the clients have to ask every time bring coffee bring bread..because they served only 5 slices bread or a little coffee little cheese...this is no hotel!!! The corridor was dark..out of order lamps in the room..you have to go under the lamp to turn on or off..out of order piping..no sηampoo or toilet paper in bathroom..i asked for this..only one day they cleaned.. The worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

駅から近い。部屋が広くて清潔。エアコンも良く効く。ミニバーもある。フロントの対応も悪くない。

朝食がバイキングでなく、メニュー指定制。日曜日の朝食は指定の自由がなく、お仕着せ。レストランで昼食を- 摂ったが、味がいまいち。室料を現金で払ったが、1円玉に相当する釣りをくれなかったのは、不快（ブルガリ- アでは、商店でも食堂でも、1円玉相当の釣りをふつうはくれる）。

обслужването и съотношението цена-качество е отлично. ще се възползвам за следващите си командировки.

Добрый день! Жили в этом отеле пять дней, встречали в нем Новый Год! Жили в номере люкс, очень большой. Убирают не плохо, но не на 4*, завтраки не плохие, был один день перед новым годом косяк ( наверное повар забухал и и не вышел на работу)) пришлось офицанткам самим завтрак стругать)) Но это не беда-кофе у них отличный. Интерьер ресторана впечетляет. Новогодняя программа была устроена очень хорошо и весело. Выйграли проживание на два дня, чем и воспользуемся на обратном пути своего путешествия. Интренет отличный!

Номера большие, но честно сказать бестолковые: 1) Начнем с ванной комнаты-есть джакузи, но наверно для маленьких болгар, а не для русских во мне роста 190 ( если ноги отрубить то комфортно). 2) Кухня - видать хотели там увидеть посуду, плиту, стиральную машину, посудомойку, микроволновку и т.д. , но только окромя мойки ,холодильника и навесных ящиков,там больше ни чего нет, не понятное помешение, лучше отдельную спальню там сделали, а то в комнате 30 м.кв. с взрослым сыном не уютно. Телевизор желательно по больше и русских каналов-центральных.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel Alliance. Le personnel est très sympathique, en particulier les réceptionnistes dont plusieurs parlent français, ce qui est toujours agréable. La chambre était propre et confortable, et la cuisine très bonne au restaurant de l'hôtel. De plus l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare routière. Enfin, un service de transport est disponible pour venir vous chercher à l'aéroport de Sofia, bien pratique car j'ai atterri à 22h30.
