Good value -central but not many shops restaurants close by. Room was quite spacious and very clean - All in all excellent value for city centre hotel

Tough to beat the value for money. Solid wifi. Bar fridge. Nice to have a desk.

Mattress was lumpy and had definitely seen better days. No dedicated shower. Room was dark and uninviting.

Unusual decor

Glass ensuite offering no privacy at all? No parking. A little bit too basic, although visa payment signs displayed had to pay cash. No dinning facilities at all.

The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

The hallways echo when guests return from the clubs at 6am. The room was small and had a typical Bulgarian bathroom, with the shower drain just in front of the toilet. We thought this hotel was more of a 2-star, at least in comparison to 3-star hotels in other Bulgarian cities, although not necessarily in Plovdiv.

- Beds are very small - no separation at all of shower and rest of bathroom - not sure whether it was the hotel's or booking.com's fault, and it was clarified and corrected later, but at arrival we had to take and pay double rooms instead of single rooms

WiFi very poor I was on the third floor and no signal at all, I had to go down two floor to have a fair signal, if you have a car there is no place to park it's a pain to find a spot to park.

An excellent hotel, good value,good location and the staff were very helpful . Most employees can speak fair English. Will use again.

Just few minutes by walk close to the center

Do not exist parking,breakfast and lift.In my case I have been very lucky because I was at the first floor also if I have charged by hand a luggage of 20 kgs...but imagine who is not so lucky when stay at the third floor

The location is perfect regarding the fact that it is very close to old city and the price is acceptable. The staff is very helpful and willing to make your stay as convenient and sympathetic as possible.

This hotel is coveniently within walking distance of both the rail and bus stations and the old town centre. The room was small but clean and with good A/c and shower. Although I had little contact with reception they were helpful when asked.

I dont know if they provide a breakfast as I did not ask about it.

Air conditioning, fridge, TV, cute hotel with nice furnishings, very clean, right next to the main shopping area and the Old Town and 10 minute walk from train/bus station. Awesome value!

Hotel Allur was very clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and cafes and an excellent choice for Plovdiv in this price range.

Small hotel with pleasant vintage style effects located in the very center of Plovdiv. It has an ideal location beside the central square, half-way between the bus/train station and old city and shopping streets. Like other Bulgarian hotels, the minibar selection was reasonably priced and quite useful, as was the selection of refreshments/snacks/alcoholic drinks at the reception. Also the air-conditioning in the room worked very well. The beds were comfortable and room was excellent value for money, especially considering the location.

There was no breakfast although I haven't had many good breakfasts in Bulgarian hotels so it's perhaps not such a bad thing. You are so close to the center (and also 5 mins. walk from some big supermarkets beyond the pedestrian underpass to the east) that it's not a big problem. The shower in the bathroom was of the water directed straight on to the bathroom floor variety. Not a big problem in itself, except that the bathroom was quite small and the shower ended up covering most of it in water, including the toilet. These type of showers should be reserved for larger bathrooms.

Location was excellent, easy walk to historic sites ,shopping, food. Staff very helpful. Bed comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent location . Friendly staff . The girl from the reception day períod, Teodora, speaks a perfect English, and she is very friendly and helpfull .

The room price available in the reception is cheaper that the one got via Booking.com . It is very hard to find a place to park the car . The night staff just speak Bulgarian .

Friendly staff as we forgot the mobile phone there and they did al the things to send it back. Really great value for money, that kind of hotel in other countries would cost more that triple. Big room, and really confortable.
