The hotel is quiet, cosy and peaceful, nevertheless nightlife is in full swing in the immediate vicinity. The resort's biggest entertainment facilities and bars are located within a diameter of 50 metres. Close to ski slope, friendly staff, value for the money, secured parking, clean. Smoke from near-by heating plant few nights was very heavy. Sewer smell in the bathroom should be fixed. Some old fixtures in bathroom, poor lights in the room. Didn't like that we need to pay extra for hot-tub and sauna that are part of hotel. All minor things - overall hotel is good, great location, good for family vacation...

Have stayed in Borovets 4 times before and the Alpin is probably the nicest hotel we have used, the breakfast are all cooked fresh to order and the the staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and modern and a lot nicer than the bigger hotels in resort.

We liked almost everything at the hotel. The room and the lobby were even more lovely than the photos in the site. Beds were comfortable and all the surroundings and the certain location of the hotel made us feel even much better. Thanks to those people who made this place with such a taste. We would love to be there again. The manner of the Bulgarian waitress arise and in here. We sat in the beautiful restaurant smiling and I just asked something about my dish, and the answer was simply "I don't know". She didn't do anything more. She just didn't care. Sorry that we could not taste the food, but I could not stand that indifference. After all, this is not a reason not to go, to the hotel. You can just eat in some other place. The hotel is nice and I would recommend it.

Обикновено плзвам бунгалата! Разположение, природа, тишината в комплекса въпреки централното разпложение в курорта , достатчно място за паркиране, детски кът, обзавеждането, възможност за сауна, Вероятно пради "мъртвия" сезон- не беше отоплено бунгалото, наложи се 3 часа да прекрам при Т под 10 гр. Нямаше топла вода, не беше включен бойлера когато пуснах водата трябваше да се изтича жълта мръсна престояла вода от бойлера и допълнително да изчакам да се затопля. Не работеше ресторанта
