View of the room is amazing just endless blue water. The alley between Royal Park and Royal bay was good for family walks and the aqua park was good but there is no food in it.

i like the decor the best. the worst thing was the food. Rabbit, chicken wings and fish fingers are not my idea of main course. lack of maintenence and staff very apparent. theres nothing else there tbh. no variety of shops ect.

I find it normal to not be allowed to use hotel towels at the beach. I saw some people complaining about it, I find it reasonable. The Villas rooms are simple, but have everything they need. We had a person cleaning our room almost everyday. You have enough food so you don't really need a shop, but if you still need one, there is an ALDO supermarket very close to the resort. besides, there are small shops round the resort.ВВалерияRomania

Yearly maintenance and the small things to repair becomes too visible across the time. It’s not extremely bad, but it’s enough for saying “Good for one time only”. In this moment the poor investments and the missing maintenance becomes visible. So if our holiday was good enough, I am not confortable to recommend the place because of the ignorance in keeping the 5 stars rating.AndreiRomania

There was plenty of space in front of the house but that really depends on the house you are in. The beach is 5-10 mins by foot on a pedestrian zone.
