Everything was absolutely perfect

The room is very large and clean.

The bed was deformed that's why it made me inconvinience with sleeping. I'd like to recomand them to change the bed.

The art designs in hotel are very beautiful. Especially the paintings in the breakfast room, and love the statues are everywhere in hotel, cute and creative :)

Although the city center and the busy street, very quiet and peaceful. It is very close with walking distance, shopping Mall, restaurants, discos, street Vitosha. Great room, decent breakfast.

Hotel location was ideal for visiting the historical places to see. The gym and spa facilities within the hotel were good. 5 min walk into the city centre and a 5 min taxi ride to the main railway station.

The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The bed is confortable and the gym/spa is very good. The wifi works good.

It is necessary about 15 minutes on foot to the city center. But It is not really a problem.

The large space of the room, the bathroom facilities, the pool and jacuzzi. Quick service, possibility to use the hotel car for a good price. The baby cod was also very clean and new.

The hotel is good value for money. It is updated, very clean and very high standard.

The Bulgarian service awareness was demonstrated- when we arrived to check in, they had a large group checking out. They let us wait for 45 minutes while only one Clark was handling all the people.

The location, the size of the room

The bathroom is too small for such big room. Staff was either exellent or verry unfriendly. Some hotel services as ironing can be free for 5 star hotel. Breakfast was too poor for such a categorisation.

It's missing a few details to make it a real 5-star - minor stuff mostly: a real-sized TV, irons in the room (or even available at the concierge), even like good trash cans. The hotel feels like a 3-star more than a 5-.

The rooms are enormous! The staff is very, very polite! The hotel is nicely designed with good decorations, luxurious bath, large mini-bar (can easily fit your own purchase for quick chill before) The reception was polite enough to let me borrow a power socket adaptor! (Sometimes it is just the little things that make the best impression)

Can't think of anything really, but to be ultra-realistic, there were couple of glitches on the wi-fi connectivity - lost it couple of times for up to few minutes, but the coverage is excellent. I really cannot fault the hotel on that, it must the Internet Provider's glitch...

Very good spa and exercise facilities. Decent free weights to workout with. Excellent rooms that were spotless. The bathroom was fantastic. Wireless was very good. The breakfast was top-notch - I actually can't remember a buffet that could top it, and I have been to quite a few 5-star hotels in every continent.

Excellent location and large, clean room. Staff was very polite. Private parking with guard, but with no extra cost. I was only one night but inwould come again.

Hotel was gloomy, art pictures and sculpotures everywhere which seemd to make it very dark. Decor quite dated very 1970's communist bloc. Slow service in restaurant. Lift didn't go to all floors so you had use a different lift for different floor combinations.

The location is very convenient close to the city centre. Parking lot is internal and guarded, free of charge as well.The room is incredibly large and comfortable. Fantastic collection of paintings all over the hotel.Quick internet connection.

The room, even it is big, it needs renovation urgently. The carpet is dirty and old. Breakfast not so good, they must change the coffee they are serving urgently.

The ambience is excellent and the wine list is goos. The piano and a candle on the table makes the restaurant very pleasant. Most times the food is well presented and of good quality.

We do not understand why on a number of occasions the main meal comes before the starter. It is no unusual in Bulgaria but in a 5 star hotel, they should know that starters are starters and the main meal comes after.

Late check-out was not a problem, sauna was great, the room was well-sized

Breakfast room with strange lighting instead of windows, multi- functional shower was anything but usable (take your time when figuring out how not to get sprayed by a cold water jet coming from the wrong shower head). We used one towel to seal it. At the reception have been accused of having used the minibar ("the cleaning stuff told us.."), later we got a half-hearted "it is ok" and left the hotel with the uncertainty whether the "OK" was a "ok, let it be" or a "we are so sorry it was a mistake".

Yes, the rooms are very confortable and extremly big.

I been at the same hotel more than 8 times since opening and it is still in perfect condition with perfect service. fantastic collection of paintings all around the hotel

The rooms were very large. Breakfast staff were very attentive. Wonderfully fitted out bathroom. Fantastic collection of art to be enjoyed by visitors to the hotel. Live piano that was played in the restaurant at night.

The lobby bar is not at all welcoming so you are rather restricted to your room when your in the hotel. The restaurant has an unusual and small selection to choose from which is not ideal for any one with a dietary requirement. Saying that food we ordered was all of a high standard except for the calamari which was served with half of the dish being cold and tough. Not a restaurant you could eat in every night. With no daily specials. The changing rooms for the swimming pool are very cold and practicable.
