The pleasant family Hotel Ankor is located in a quiet area of the resort village Kranevo, only 700 yards from the central beach and 330 yards from the center of the city. The sea is shallow, allowing safe baths for children, and the wide beach has pale sand. As the facilities are children-friendly, Kranevo is very popular with families and summer camps. Take a pleasant walk along the beach to Albena and Golden Sands. If you wish to venture out and explore Varna, Balchik and other towns, regular bus connections are provided. Hotel Ankor boasts a restaurant with a lovely summer terrace as well as a bar and a swimming pool, which is suited for your little ones. Unwind and pamper yourself with a sauna or a massage and spend entertaining time with the karaoke equipment providing a wide selection of songs. The pool was much nicer than a 2 star hotel pool, the street was quiet so we could sleep, the view from our room over the hills was nice. The bedroom was very shabby and overly cluttered with big ugly furniture. The bathroom was smelly because the toilet had not been cleaned and leaked a little bit.

This hotel is two stars and a cheap one, therefore do expect accordingly. However, the price is more than fair, pool is one star above! Rooms are small, those with children must consider taking an appartment. However, for B&B room was quite sufficient!

The personal was flexible and gave us the choice to pick a room more appropiate to our tastes.Good price for room.The hotel has a good localization, 10 minutes from the beach.A good thing is you can go easily to Albena beach from the hotel, even with the car. The bathroom needs to be more cleaner.I didn't like outside and inside colour of this hotel.

Loved the garden and the pool. The staff is very helpful even though they do not speak English. Breakfast is scarce but enough. I don't know about the other rooms, but the "budget rooms" would need some improvement, at least new wall painting.

Basen na miejscu,dobrze działająca obsługa restauracyjno-barowa,codzienne porządki wokół basenu,widoczna troska personelu o to,aby goście czuli się dobrze Rzadko wymieniane ręczniki i pościel.

Piscina este frumoasa. Dar cam la atat se rezuma frumusetea. Personalul de la bar/restaurant este serviabil dar curatenia din camera lasa de dorit pe parcursul sederii - au venit o singura data sa curete cameera, cu o zi intarziere fata de momentul cand am pus eticheta "de facut curat" pe usa. Ce m-a dezamagit a fost raportul calitate / pret, chiar daca este un hotel de 2*.

Piscina e acceptabila, dar mai mult pentru copii. Hotelul este murdar, personalul nu vorbeste decat limba bulgara si nu te poti intelege cu nimeni, camerele sunt foarte mici, wc-ul nu functioneaza, micul dejun este imposibil de mancat, plaja este departe si asta nu ar fi o problema, dar drumul este prin camp, prin tot felul de balarii.

хороший, большой номер, полностью соответствующий фотографиям. отзывчивый персонал. наличие бассейна - днем когда младший ребенок спал, старшая купалась в бассейне. не плохой завтрак - шведский стол. очень понравился пляж, чистый песок. двери в комнату и в туалет закрывались с очень большим трудом. :-( на карте он изображен немного не правильно. он чуть дальше. по прилегающей улице, вверх, с правой стороны, первый отель с бассейном - на карте его хорошо видно.

Отличный отель с замечательным персоналом. Очень отзывчивые люди, всегда готовые помочь.При отеле хороший бассейн и ресторан - очень удобно. Бесплатный интернет в каждом номере. Рекомендую для спокойного семейного отдыха.

Location was very nice, 15 minutes walk from the beach. Personnel was also very helpful.Family room was big enough for five. Swimming pool was very nice and not too small. Karaoke bar was noisy in the evenings, but luckily they finished before midnight. Insulation between the hotel rooms was not good.
