The staff is simply amazing. Never have I experienced such a helpful receptionist as the woman who helped us with complicated transfer to Burgas airport. We also got a free breakfast pack to go without having to ask, since we left so early in the morning. Good price, nice facilities and very good location. The only problem about it being a small walk down to the beach is all the persons trying to get you to eat at their resturant and packing you with flyers about karaoke bars and strip clubs. Which actually doesn't have that much to do with the hotel itself. |

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours prêt à répondre aux question et à aider en cas de problèmes. La situation de l'hôtel (centre du resort, pas loin de la plage, vue magnifique depuis la chambre). Des petits déjeuners très répétitifs (un buffet peu diversifié, ça ne vaut pas un 4*), le fait qu'il faille même payer les transats près de la piscine, les services spa peu diversifiés et chers. |
