Close vicinity to the centre of Burgas 1St . I paid more for the hotel than stated by Booking.com. Hotel said this was due to exchange rate change. Even though I paid in euros! This was a con. I was told to pay for 2 towels I used they would not clean. I refused to pay for these. Gym equipment in very poor condition. |

Mooie schone kamer met een bad erin. Ontzettend onvriendelijk personeel. Totaal niet behulpzaam. Stond ook op jullie site en in hun informatieboekje dat zij een transfer aanbieden. Dit was dus niet het geval. Personeel haalde hun schouders op, met andere woorden: zoek het maar uit! Tevens is er geen gratis internet op de kamer. Ze hebben een wireless netwerk waar je op kan inloggen. Zwembad was erg koud en vies. |
