Replace the PC by reception with a better srvice

room and bed was nice and big.

no shower curtain in the bathroom, water everywhere,the shower head was not fixed properly, so having a shower was not a good experience, considering it was supposed to be a "luxury" double room

clean modern hotel,good pool spa.Car parking,breakfast nice selection .Ideal for airport 10 klm or stopover.

Staff need training in hotel service .Rooms modern but basic ,mini bar overpriced.noisy lift,quite far from the centre and the sea

Swimming pool is free for hotel quests. Proper Finnish sauna was great. Possibility to go to jacuzzi. Massage was good and inexpencive. Breakfast was good and free wifi is also nice. Bathtub with aroma bath salt was nice to have. Skinnier Piccolo was very helpfull and smiling all the time. Free taxi order from reception.

Restaurant service was bad. Quite bad sound isolation on rooms. Toilet paper run out two times in our one week stay. Not all the staff didnt understand english. The beds were uncomfortable and there was too warm in the room. Or we didnt know how to use the air ventilation system, which manual is only in Bulgarish. Like almost all information in hotel. No english spa/massage info, no english roomservice phone number paper. No town map even in the reception. There was wine bottles in the minibar, but no wine bottle opener. But all in all nice hotel to stay and you get good value for your money.

Ordinary 3 stars city hotel , it was clean and has got enough comfort and car parking , breakfast was well than I expected in bulgaria

A lady who was working in reception was so rude , she look like old red army officer , , ordered us to show to her english comfirmation form for checking our reservation rudely , but she could check our reservation on computer . then she explained a mistake and we had to have another kind of room .but room was ok

Had a large comfortable suite for 5 nights at a very reasonable price, staff at reception generally very friendly and helpful, great swimming pool, good quality / reasonably priced meals from bar / restaurant, room service available, very convenient car park right in front of hotel.

As with Aqua Hotel in Varna, bar / restaurant closes at 10 pm, therefore untrue claim here that it is open 24 hours. Hotel is wrongly located on booking.com map, it is slightly further out. On the limit of walkability to the town centre or the beach, I am a keen walker, however it must be made clear that this hotel is at least a 20 minute walk to the start of the centre, and 30 minutes from the heart of Burgas. Count the same timeframe to get to the beach. Pavements along the way are also very broken and uneven so not a suitable walk for the elderly or those with any mobility problems.

We did have the apartment. Room was very comfortable, with a little balcony. In summary we have a positive impression.

The location of the Hotel is very far from the beach and from the city centre. Very bad coffee. No Wi-Fi in the room.

Quality/Price, clean, parking in front of the hotel. We were 4 friends and stayed in their "Family Room" (2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom). For 2 nights (Fri & Sat), we paid in total only 80€ including breakfast, so 10€ pp per day. So we weren't expecting much from this hotel.

Breakfast : very bad instant coffee (but next to the reception desk, you can have a good one in their "restaurant"), fresh food looked dry and unfresh (fruit, meat/salami, cheese...).

Excellent value for money and have stayed here several times now. I have had rooms near the life [I guess somebody has to have those rooms] and have heard other people complain about the noise but I was in one of those rooms and it is no worse than anywhere else I have stayed. Breakfast is excellent and restaurant serves decent, reasonably prices food. When I stayed this time the pool had been emptied but in the past I have used that and the fitness room. All in all a good place with friendly staff and value for money we can only dream of in Western Europe.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. No complains about anything from our side.

There was nowhere to sit outside the hotel (patio or terrace) where one could sit, read, smoke and watch the world go by. As the hotel was quite a distance from the beach and town somewhere to sit outside the hotel would have been nice. Breakfast - fried eggs, sausages etc. all cold Did not know that the swimming pool was open to the public

Das Hotel hatte grosse freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist noch nicht so gross. Das Fruehstueck ist gut, leider sind die Getränke sehr schlecht. Das Wachpersonal und das Putzpersonal ist sehr freundlich.

Leider muss man sehr genau auf die Rechnung achten, da man uns zunächst 5, statt 4 gebuchte,Nächte berechnen wollte. Auch wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, daß nur die Tiefgarage, nicht aber der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel kostenlos sind. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Fruehstueck könnte freundlicher sein. Die Lage ist relativ laut und unatraktiv.
