Room was clean, well kept by good, serviceminded room staff. Good selection of amenities in room, incl shave kit, tooth brush kit, and even a condom! Relax centre offers very nice professional massage, of the two masseurs working there I found the female to be excellent in her work. Breakfast is close to a disaster by western standards. This might be more a general Bulgarian problem than specific for this hotel. Description of rooms may not be very precise; the suites (called apartments in the hotel) is simply a failrly large room without any elements to call it a 'suite' or 'apartment'. |
