Many bees The receptionist was awfully rude,he was laughing behind my back; when I asked him why ,he said nothing. The floor around the pool was very damaged,everything old and dirty. The meat over proccessed , no steaks at all.resorts in bulgaria are no longer what they used to be. Also they overcharge me at check out bill.

Excellent location, great views. Beach and pools are good. Food is quite good - you can always find something to eat: pork, beef, chicken, fish, sea food, vegetables, cheese, etc. Soviet-style building with old furniture and decoration. However, all hotels on the beach in Albena are similar or even worse, except of Kaliakra that is near Arabela.

Amplasarea hotelului, mancarea, bautura, chelnerii si barmanii, piscina, echipa de animatori - EXCELENTE. Chiar si aproape de ora inchiderii gasesti toate felurile de mancare, personalul este foarte amabil. Seara, in timpul cinei este muzica live pe terasa restaurantului. Piscina pentru adulti este mare si foarte bine intretinuta. Exista suficiente sezlonguri si umbrele, atat pe plaja, cat si la piscina la orice ora. Am primit o camera care nu corespundea descrierii de pe site (adica fara balcon si cu mobilier rudimentar) si in ciuda protestelor mele mi s-a spus ca nu se poate face nimic. Curatenia in camera lasa mult de dorit, iar personalul de serviciu nu vorbeste decat bulgara (a trebuit sa reclam la receptie ca nu este spalat pe jos in baie). Canalizarea miroase ingrozitor, a fost destul de greu de suportat mirosul din baie care adesea se simtea si in camera. Uitati de articole gratuite de toaleta sau de halat de baie (gel de dus si sapun am avut doar in prima zi) - cel putin in camera unde am stat eu. Internetul mege foarte prost asa ca daca doriti sa-l accesati din camera, mai bine renuntati sau mergeti in holul hotelului.

Ideale Lage am Strand; nicht direkt im Centrum; freundliches Personal; ausreichend Plätze zu den Mahlzeiten; reichliches und vielseitiges Angebot an Verpflegung; für ein 3 Sterne Hotel mit All inclusiv erfüllt es alle Ansprüche, die man erwarten kann.Deshalb waren wir nicht das erste mal da und werden auch versuchen das nächste Mal dieses Hotel zu buchen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Camera de care am beneficiat anul acesta, prin rezervarea facuta brin site-ul dvs a fost excelenta, defapt a fost un apartament.Amplasarea pe plaja ne-a facut sa alegem acest hotel ,plaja curata, neaglomerata.
