Grifid Arabella Hotel - All inclusive  

The staff and especially the animation team was amazing.

The rooms are big and nice . The view not verry pleaseant even if you get see view

Services are awful.Same problem at the last day -you must remove the car from the park at 12.00. Drinks are terrible, the food to Italian cuisine and Asian restaurant is below any criticism. Although you pay all inclusive if you made reservations for a restaurant you are no longer allows to get to the buffet. Lunch can not take any the day you arrive or the day you leave. Quality / price ratio is not ok.

The room was big, toilet very clean, staff was very helpful, food was very good and the price was good.

The water from the indoor swimming pool was a little bit cold, in May.

The food was plenty and very good. The personnel very kind and helpful, especially Pavel.

The fact that the hotel hasn't its private beach and had to walk 10 minutes to get to the beach.

The location is good and central. The thematic restaurants are very good.

There is no private beach zone nearby, the zone is a 10 min walk and it's near one other Grifid Hotel. Apart from that, even in All- Inclusive, to have access to that private beach zone you have to pay extra- money... No Internet in the rooms.

The same main meals each morning.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was impeccable at the restaurant, the pool or the reception and bar. The room was big and nice, not smoking hotel is a plus for me, very cleaning. 3 elevators who dit its jobs. The food was very good, tasty and fresh. The facilities was nice - 4 restaurants, 3 pools, day and night bar, mini club for children Location is good, 3-5 min to the beach in the first line of hotels. For me and my family was a perfect holiday I’ll be back to this hotel.

There are 2 little things: 1. The private beach of the hotel - the hotel make part from a hotel chain (Grifid) and in Golden Sands there are 3 hotels. The private beach of Arabella hotel was in front of Vilmar (i thing so) hotel. this means around 15 - 20 min (around 800 - 1000 m) far away for the Arabella hotel. For a family with a young children is not so nice (the little one can’t walk this distance). 2. the price of parking was 10 euro per day a little higher in context of location.

The room was very good, even for 3 adult persons, the extra bed very comfortable, good food & animation, the pool was ok. Very close to the beach and the main streets (restaurants & shops).

-Parking is 10 eur per day for guests (if they have free parking space), if you stay after 12 pm on the day of check-out, the first 2 hrs they charge 5 eur, if you stay more, they charge you for the whole day; -They charged on the card I used for booking, the entire amount of the stay, in the moment of booking !!!! and would not refund it although I wanted to pay in cash. This notice was not clearly mentioned in the moment of booking. They said I had to read the hotel policy... A day previous to the departure we asked what was the room rate and the lady at the reception said an amount (not a mention of the already made payment!) and suggested us to go exchange the eur because they only take Leva payment (altough they have an exchange office in the hotel with very inconvenient rates). We did that and therefore remained with a lot of Leva since everything was paid. You should be very careful when changing money in golden sands - go to a bank is the only way you don't get robbed. -A little trick they have: "check in is after 2 PM" but if you arrive at 2 pm you loose the lunch on that day and you are not entitled to it on the day of the check-out.

Excellent services, very clean, great animation team, very good and varied food. Great location and landscape view. I definitely recommend it.

Camerele mari si curate, mancarea foarte buna la restaurantul principal desi putea fi mai variata.(la cele cu specific italian, chinezesc, bulgaresc nu am fost). Curatenia in camere a fost ireprosabila. Pentru familiile cu copii mici exista un miniclub in care poti lasa copiii fara nicio grija, au personal specializat. Programele de animatie la piscina erau si in limba romana.Sala de fitness de la mansarda este foarte bine dotata. Stafful hotelului a fost foarte saritor si amabil.Hotelul este situat la sub 100 m de plaja. Piscina interioara avea apa incalzita. Totul a fost OK.

Parcarea destul de mica si cam scumpa (10 euro/zi), dar pusesem la socoteala si acesti bani la bugetul vacantei.

Flughafentransfer-Minibus faehrt nur, wenn mind. 4 Pers. Zusammenkommen. Leider war das nie der Fall U. wir mussten uns ein Taxi organisieren. Dame die sich um Reisetips und Restaurantreservierung kuemmert konnte keine detaillierten Auskuenfte ueber eine Wanderung zu Aladja Monastery oder zum hop-on/hop-off city bus machen (hatte keine aktuellen Flyer). Buffet war generell gut, aber Getraenke sind mit Wasser verduennt. Strand nahe dem Hotel (2 min.) mit 2 Liegen, Auflagen und Schirm kostet ca. 15€ pro Tag und ist nicht inklusive. Fuer 55€ (Goldpaket) kann man den Strand vorm Schwesterhotel "Vistamar" fuer 1 Woche nutzen incl. Snackbar des Vistamar. Leider muss man da ca. 15-20 min. Hinlaufen. Unsere Reservierung im Bulgarischen Restaurant wurde verschlampt. Anstatt des Arabella wuerde ich lieber das Vistamar empfehlen.

Essen war okay für low cost Urlaub, Poolanlage ist in Ordnung, Tennisplatz

Viel zu viel Lärm von den herumliegenden Discotheken. Jede Menge ältere Männergruppen, die sich von morgens bis abends betrinken. Parkplatz 10 euro am Tag

De vriendelijkheid van het hele team is echt opvallend. De animatoren doen er alles aan om iedereen te betrekken bij hun activiteiten of gewoon om met iedereen een praatje te maken. De kamer en badkamer was ruim en netjes. Het restaurant zorgde voor genoeg variatie. Extra pluspunt waren voor ons de aparte restaurants op het domein (aziatisch, italiaans, bulgaars) waar je in een intiemere sfeer kon dineren.Super!!

Eten iets te vettig naar mijn normen.
