Grifid Arabella Hotel - All inclusive  

The room was very good, even for 3 adult persons, the extra bed very comfortable, good food & animation, the pool was ok. Very close to the beach and the main streets (restaurants & shops).

-Parking is 10 eur per day for guests (if they have free parking space), if you stay after 12 pm on the day of check-out, the first 2 hrs they charge 5 eur, if you stay more, they charge you for the whole day; -They charged on the card I used for booking, the entire amount of the stay, in the moment of booking !!!! and would not refund it although I wanted to pay in cash. This notice was not clearly mentioned in the moment of booking. They said I had to read the hotel policy... A day previous to the departure we asked what was the room rate and the lady at the reception said an amount (not a mention of the already made payment!) and suggested us to go exchange the eur because they only take Leva payment (altough they have an exchange office in the hotel with very inconvenient rates). We did that and therefore remained with a lot of Leva since everything was paid. You should be very careful when changing money in golden sands - go to a bank is the only way you don't get robbed. -A little trick they have: "check in is after 2 PM" but if you arrive at 2 pm you loose the lunch on that day and you are not entitled to it on the day of the check-out.

The food was excellent and the personnel. Especially Pavel. Congratulations!

The fact that the hotel hasn't its own private beach with sunbeds, and we had to walk 10 min to get to the beach.

Great place for families and poor teenagers who like the cheap alcohol in the all-inclusive. Too noisy for the higher-end traveller.

Hotel rooms have paper thin wal. There are not enough lifts, so lift stops almost every floor, frequently when people already have taken another lift or the stairs due to long waiting periods.

Excellent services, very clean, great animation team, very good and varied food. Great location and landscape view. I definitely recommend it.

Hotel staff was great, food was good, the room was big and clean, toilet very clean and big, free tennis, free ping-pong, great location and good price.

Parking place small and expensive

It's a nice hotel, clean, good food (except Restaurants a la carte), good price, helpful hotel staff. I liked the heated inside pool (I was on 1st of may). I liked the fish tanks in the lobby :).

I asked for a double bed and I get 2 beds put together. Weird spots on the carpet. Do not eat at the Restaurants a la carte. The worst food ever. At the Chinese Restaurant I asked for shrimps and they served me some surimi pasta shaped like a shrimp. Funny guys!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le concept pour les repas : le fait d'y trouver tout ce choix entre le buffet permanent où l'on se sert et le restaurant classique où l'on vous sert avec menu à la carte. L'hotel est très agréable, le personnel très bien, ainsi que les chambres et la propreté. A l'age de 66 ans, je suis allée dans beaucoup d'hotels de part le monde et je peux dire franchement que à 90% des hotels celui-ci est la meilleur.

Ce qui m'a déplut, c'est que en grande partie, j'ai décidé de réservé dans cet hotel parce que partout était indiqué la possibilité de faire une thallasso thérapie et sur ce point, j'ai été bien deçu car il n'y a rien de tout cela en dehors d'un programme sur 3 jours beaucoup moins interessant et plus cher que la thallasso prposé sur différents sites.

Meget velfungerende og velholdt hotel. Alle medarbejdere kender til det at yde "service" . God og varieret mad i hovedrestauranten. Endnu bedre i a la carte restauranterne, især vil jeg fremhæve mad og service i den asiatiske restaurant. Kommer gerne igen!

Noget musikstøj fra nærliggende barer/restauranter sent aften betød, at man skulle lukke døren til terrassen for at kunne sove!

Am petrecut un concediu extraordinar , este al doilea an in care revenim la acest hotel.Il recomand cu caldura in mod special familiilor cu copii dar si celor care doresc sa aiba parte de servicii excelente!

Am dori sa fie disponibile mai multe locuri atunci cand se face rezervare la unul dintre cele trei restaurante cu specific.
