Large room and bathroom, various food dishes, enough entertrainment (especially for kids), well positioned (close to the beach), room cleaning, etc. Yes. The parking area is not very large and poor managed. Not enough sunbeds. |

We liked the hotel location, staff and services. We didn't like the fact the you had to reserve a sunbed early morning, the lunch was available for a too short period of time each day (1h30). |

Good value for money; maybe the best all inclusive services in its location - Golden Sands (Bulgaria). Noisy surroundings - music played too loud and much too late in the night. Difficult to rest by night. Although, it isn't hotel fault... |

The service was fantastic and all the food and drink being inclusive for the cost of per night accommodation was amazing. I was made to feel very welcome and they have 5 restaurants you can eat at and 3 bars, one also accessible outside where one of the pools is. It can get a little noisy at night time with the activities going on at the beach....but, that was nothing. |

Staff and conditions were excellent, we had a beautiful holiday with all inclusive meals (very good food, three additional restaurants with Italian, Asian and Bulgarian specific). We are already planning another visit this summer. |

Very nice hotel, very clean, close to the beach, large rooms , varied food. The staff was really trying to entertain their guests with animation programms and to make them feel very confortable It s not really a hotel for young people but despite of that everything was perfect |

they offered us sea view rooms at the price for park view rooms because the hotel was not full, food was good and on a wide variety, although not enough local flavour, big rooms, special program for children very small TV, does not have Internet in the rooms, pool table was very old and worn out, only one ping pong table, beauty salon very small, poorly decorated and very expensive |

We liked the food, the room was clean, the people very friendly. I did not like that they repeated the same music every night for the MiniDisco, and we felt like going crazy about the same artistic program |

We made the reservation a week before 1 september and it was a price. After that we looked one day before 1 september on booking.com and the same type of room was an other price- lower. In our opinion that was incorrect. |
