Arena Di Serdica Hotel

το ξενοδοχειο , το προσωπικο και οι παροχές ήταν πολύ καλά όλα. τα σχόλια που έχουν αναφερθεί σχετικά με το πρωινό δεν νομίζω ότι αντικατοπτρίζουν την πραγματικότητα και ούτε είναι λόγος το ότι το πρωινό δεν είναι πάρα ΄πολύ πλούσιο σε σχέση με άλλα 5* ξενοδοχεία για να το απορρίψει κανείς

η πολυτελεια , το καλο servis απο το προσωπικο , οτι ειναι στο κεντρο και ταυτοχρονα σε ησυχο μερος,

The suff is well trained, polite; the hotel is 5 starts quality.

there was no hot water

luxury,very clean,location

accomodation was perfect. there was some strange interpretations of classsic dishes in the restaurant menu. but mostly everything was perfect, If i would trip to sofia there wil be no dought i'll choose this hotel again

The lobby entrance is great with views down to the old ruins. The waiter in the restaurant was excellent as was the food.

A lack of staff, the cold water tap for the bath didn't work, winter duvet's for high summer, no balcony, no coffee making facilities, toiletries were not replenished and the 'ordered' breakfast was a complete foul up.

Enough space in the room. Calm area, close to the Center of the city.

You can see excavations thousand years old in the hotel. Excellent , unique in the world.

The room was very nice, The bathroom shower area especially. Flat screen televison.

The breakfast was poor for a hotel of this catagory The personnel in the breakfast area was lazy. Had to wait for coffee. For the price it was good. I would have been very disappointed had I paid the full price. I was charged E 7.50 for one tiny bottle of wine and a small bag of chips.

Excellent rooms and excellent service

Location - in the center of town. The ruins inside made the hotel special. The staff was helpful - however some of them were still not fluent in English. The hotel was reasonably priced during my first visit may 2 to 5th - 2009. The rooms were spacious. Overall, it was a good experience - I would stay there again if the price is right. I paid $133 per night.

5 Star Hotel should have a doorman opening the door not smoking a cigaratte and watching you open the door from a distance. Some of decor is kind of tacky from a designer's point of view. The window treatments in the main areas - just horrible. The non stop techno music at breakfast time was kind of loud. The staff should speak better English and have better knowledge of the country.

The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was complete. Great location, near all the major sites of Sofia.

1) The quality of light design in some of the common areas was not at a five stars hotel level 2) The christmas decoration scattered all around the hotel
