It was clean, confortable and the position was very central. The breakfast time was too short, I didn't manage to get it. |

The hotel is only in walking distance of any famous downtown sights and offices. The architecture design that surrounds the remainder of roman walls gives the hotel a very specific style. The food in the hotel restaurant is overprized for the quality it delivers. The hotel bar is really only a few table in the lobby, actually not a real bar. For a hotel in this price category I would expect a more comfortable bar. |

beautiful, quiet relaxing hotel the central heating system wasn't working properly and given it was -12º outside, it was very cold. thankfully reception gave me an electric heater to help, but this was after having to call them twice and spending a couple of hours "waiting for the room to heat up", which they told me would happen - second time i called, they admitted that the heating system was broken! |

Very nice boutique hotel, with real roman ruins inside the basement, that can be visited most days. You breakfast within this atmosphere...Very central, by foot to the main squares of central Sofia. The streets to get to the hotel look like ruins too! |

the nice presentation of the ancient walls plus the mordern design of the interior and outside lines of the hotel. the staff must learn to communicate in English and particularly the room service and the housekeeping. |

excellent location in city centre; good food and breakfast; very clean;stylish the staff in the bar and breakfast room was not polite, rather unfriendly and not helpful at all - it seemed that the customer was a disturbing factor in their lifes......; they are not trained to serve wine or drinks |

Staff was excellent, room was big and clean in a good central location No iron or ironing board available, had to use the hotels laundry service which was a bit more than I wanted to spend just to iron a pair of pants and a shirt |

Hotel Arena Di Serdia is located just 10 min to walk from the main shopping street. It's a nice hotel. Rooms are big a very pleasantly decorated. What was very nice, after a long day in the conference, the hotel offers a nice wellness facilities. The only things we have missed was swimming pool. For the rest this is a very nice hotel to stay in. |

The lobby entrance is great with views down to the old ruins. The waiter in the restaurant was excellent as was the food. A lack of staff, the cold water tap for the bath didn't work, winter duvet's for high summer, no balcony, no coffee making facilities, toiletries were not replenished and the 'ordered' breakfast was a complete foul up. |
