This is probably one of the best hotels in Sofia, with very competitive rates. Location is nothing but perfect, staff is super friendly, polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. Quite happy with the room service as well. We enjoyed our stay very much! Definitely will recommend to other people!

Confort and cleaness was superb. Quite good location just two minutes walk from Alexander Nevski square. Personnel quite friendly and perfect English speakers. Very fast check-in and check-out, they had everything ready so you do not waste a minute, this is not quite usual in Bulgarian hotels... I have no complains

space of the room is wide and confortable. desk and chair are fir for work. restraunt menu is light and delicious. At breakfast, cofee and hot water ran out. buttton of pot was out of order.

Zeer mooi en luxueus hotel. Zijn prijs meer dan waard. Centraal gelegen. Lekkere keuken. De Romeinse ruïnes in het souterrain zijn een mooie extra.

Ausstattung Klimaanlage außer Betrieb. Dusche hat das ganze Badeimmer unter Wasser gesetzt. Erst am 3.Tag repariert. Personal teiweise sehr un freundlich.

Originelles Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen etc. (siehe oben) Es schneite (seltenes Event in Sofia) und das Hotel bemühte sich kaum, den Schnee vor dem Hotel wegzuräumen, so dass die Gäste ohne Probleme Zugang erhalten würden.

Statt des gebuchten Zimmers bekam ich eine wunderschöne Suite! Ein wirklich sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mitten im Zentrum gelegen, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotzdem ist die Lage angenehm ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet und schönes Restaurant mit attraktivem Garten, den ich leider im November nicht nutzen konnte, der im Sommer aber sicher wunderschön und auch sehr ruhig ist.
