Hotel Aris    

Very friendly and helpful staff. Attractive rooms. Good Bulgarian style breakfast (you might be disappointed if you expect mainstream buffet).

Water in (otherwise good shower) drained away very slowly.

Brand new hotel, built in 2012. Our room was small but very nice and clean with nice purple color combinations, nice and clean linen. Excellent bathroom. Fast Wi-fi connection in rooom. Hotel restaurant food is very nice. Location not in dead center but about 15 mins walk. Closest tube station in 3 mins walk. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful girls too.

The breakfast is a bit poor, with little selection. Filter coffee was not very good. TV has mainly bulgarian channels.The location of the hotel although not far from the center, it is not in the nicest area. Not frightening though.

The hotel is clean Good stuff , knows english , helpful with nformation. Near to city center , 15min walking. Secure parking. For sure i will come here everytime i will have te opportunity.

Reception staff were lovely, spoke great English and encouraged us when we tried our Bulgarian. Spacious,clean and well equipped room. Very close to Central bus and rail stations.

Breakfast was very disappointing and quite a contrast to a previous stay here. Aircon didn't appear to work very well...the room was very warm.

We liked that we could go back to the Aris Hotel and have our evening meal there.Staff very friendly. Room beautiful. Resteraunt meals very good. Breakfast vey nice in Resteraunt. and it had a lovely courtyard with flower baskets. we are going there next time we go to Sofia

Still good. Sofia itself has been transformed since last year. Gone are the big construction sites and in their place is a state of the art underground network. Lavov Most, the station closest to the hotel, is a sight to behold - the finest underground station I have ever seen!

Very nice and charming staff. Perfect for a smoker with a nice balkony and view to the mountains. In all a perfect stay in Sofia.

1- some smell in the room and bathroom (however, they were clean): so, leave the window open! 2- at night, red lights from the balcony making difficult to sleep 3- I understand that credit cards only grant a cancellation, and the customer chooses how to pay at the end of his stay. Well, our stay was prepaid with a credit card, which, in Brazil, means a hefty overhead of 6,38%...

The hotel is very nice,the staff-profesional and helpful.It s a very good location-only 3 min to metrostation,busstation,trainstation.the prices in the restaurant very good and the food delicous. I would definitely would visit again

The hotel is situated close to the centre in a very quiet area, it is an excellent value for money, free Wi-Fi in rooms, very well refurbished, very good service. Staff is always helpful to our requests and needs.I Definitely would stay there again and I would recommend it to any one that is looking for somewhere to stay.

We booked a junior suite however it was a normal twin room with an extra bed, we didn't get the room which was shown in the pictures. Went down to the restaurant to eat at around 9.45pm and was already closed. Buffet breakfast might vary a bit. Satellite had only bulgarian channels. The hotel is the only nice building in the area.

Excellent hotel at walking distance of the main bus station. Very quit although very close to a main boulevard.. Clean rooms. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Nice hotel in brand new building with comfortable and very clean rooms located only 10min walking distance from the city center (metrostation and central train and bus station are only a 3min walk). Helpfull and friendly staff. Breakfast consists of a small buffet in the Aris restaurant, in the same building. They also offer tasty lunch and diner for a fair price.

Everything was perfect! The room was tidy and beautifully designed.The price was low compared to the benefits of the hotel .the working staff was kind and willing.The hotel was not far away from city centre. I strongly recommend hotel Aris for a sejour at Sofia.

Nice design, new construction, fairly large rooms and private parking. Very good value for money.
