Well equipped Shower drainage doesn't work. Ugly stuff coming up the drain. In the bedroom you can hear your neighbor. Not sound proof at all. Small TV. Poor wireless signal Ugly/old staircase

много добро разположение. чист и уютен апартамент. високо ниво на обслужване от човека, който настанява. сградата, в която се намира апартамента е доста стара, асансьорът е шумен, че просто се отказах да го ползвам от неудобство да не притеснявам живущите там. едната вечер във входа имаше настанен клошар. иначе, всичко останало беше отлично.

Очень приветливая менеджер, симпатяга Ваня (в Болгарии это и женское имя:) ), встретила чудесно, все вовремя, с большой заботой. Местоположение прекрасно - до центральной улицы 2 минуты, везде и всюду можно добраться пешком. Тихая уютная квартира. Соотношение цена-качество - идеальное. Возможно, остановлюсь там еще раз. Тонкие стены с соседней квартирой. Больше минусов нет.

Le studio que nous avons occupé est situé dans un vieil immeuble de caractère vétuste, dans le centre de Sofia. Le studio, au 6e étage, a cependant été très récemment rénové ; il est suffisamment confortable et bien équipé pour un court séjour. Situation : à toute proximité de commerces et services de communication. Excellent accueil, en anglais.

отлично местоположение и етажност - ъгъла на "Хр. Ботев" със "Солунска", втори етаж, тишина (изглед към вътрешен двор, балкон с многоредов простор), изобилие от търговски обекти в непосредствена близост, чистота, голям хладилник, отлична безжична интернет връзка, широко и удобно легло, алуминиева дограма, голям вентилатор в стаята, ютия, изключително мило и удовлетворяващо изискванията на клиента обслужване и отговарящо на действителността описание на жилището на сайта на агенцията сравнително малката площ (най-вече на кухненския кът, който е отделно от стаята и е своеобразно продължение на антрето), което обаче в никакъв случай не е в ущърб на функционалността на жилището

Intérieur très bien avec balcon. Equipements complets. Situation excellente près des rues piétonnes et du centre ville. Bien sécurisé Situé au 5ème étage (100 marches) avec ascenseur en panne. Difficultés à se garer à proximité (places de parking rares et payantes de 8h30 à 18h30)

La proximité des boutiques et restaurants, calme car situé vers la cour intérieure. L'isolation de l'appartement, il fait très froid, la literie: lit 120x200, couvertures très fines pour un hiver bulgare, oreillers de mauvaise qualité. Sans oublié que l'eau chaude arrive 5 min plus tard (gaspillage dû à un ballon d'eau chaude collectif, appartement situé au 5ème étage).
