The ambience is tranquil and relaxed and the music includes some of the best best world classics. There is a separate VIP saloon for approximately 10 people.
The color scheme of the rooms gentle pastel gentle tones and daring red in the textile solutions. They are a total match to the classic style Austrian furniture in light-color wood.
National Art Gallery is 1km away.The King's Palace was built in 1873 and nowadays houses the National Art Gallery and the Ethnographic museum.
The Ivan Vazov National theatre is another landmark in our capital. The building dates back to 1907 and is 1km away.

Nice place. Has big beds. Free parking. Close to everything in center. Maids are intrusive. The walk right in the room while you are sleeping without as much as knocking. Most international hotels are happy to secure the room with one passport and a credit card. This hotel was rather communist, was very demanding for second passport. |

Central located, the staff is very polite and helping. At the desk they even speak some Greek. The rooms are very clean, have nice TV and wireless internet. You also have the option of listening to classical music through a speaker. The breakfast is very rich. The wash basin and the latrine could have been a little bigger in size. |

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city so we didn't have to go through the guessing game of trying to find an honest taxi driver. It's new, clean. The double bed is really small for two, though and considering how tired we were on this trip, we could have used a solid night's sleep on a roomier bed. The reception is very nice and when my husband needed to check his email, they let him sit behind the reception desk to use the terminal there. The breakfast is only continental and is a bit steep considering your options outside the hotel. Your choice. |

The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the service in general was impeccable. Breakfast was not included in the rate, and was rather expensive as a stand alone (we chose not to partake) |

Its close to my company head office I wish they would put an easy chair - club chair - in the better quality rooms. By the way, they had not noticed my reservation! I wonder why? |

I always stay there because it is convenient for my Sofia office; also they always arrange a parking space for my car. Be nice to have a small easy chair to sit on. We dont all go out at night and have a good time, but like to stay in our room. Its not so easy to sit on the bed for any period of time. |

very central walking distance to plenty of sites/ bars/ shopping malls. Fine comfortable room. staff friendly Services :- no bar open on my particular w/end otherwise nice restaurent. Cleanlines:- carpet badly stained needs good shampoo. |

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Frühstück war gut, aber zu teuer. Betten sind nur für Einzelpersonen. Das Hotel sollte sie nicht an zwei Personen vermitteln, außer wenn man auf Flitterwochen ist. WLan funktioniert nur bedingt im Hotel. |
