Great location for Varna city centre, great price. Staff weren't helpful in the slightest. Just gave me my key and said thanks. Didn't even direct me towards the room. As mentioned in other reviews, breakfast is in a cafe across the street, this isn't a problem in itself, but there's not much information given about what you can have etc. |

very good location for varna city center rooms come with buffet style breakfast or so they say,its actually at the cafe over the road and not buffet just a pastry and no coffee just orange juice.but ok all the same. |

Excellent location, nice rooms It is very noisy in the hotel but the noise does not come from outside but from the staff that does not comply with their clients. |

Location,Location,Location. I knew where it was situated. It is in the heart of the city. One of the three receptionists was very pleasant and helpfull, the other two were not very happy and communicative.Breakfast was not at the hotel, it is across the road at a cafe/bar and was only valued at 1€. Any extra had to be paid for. |

Only the location, in the centre of the city was good. The facilities were non existent. The room was tiny, the window looked directly across into another room two metres away the bathroom fixtures were in poor condition, and there was no breakfast facility. |

The staff were very helpful in providing information, allowing me to keep my bag at the desk after checkout, etc. There was very little variety in the breakfast. |

On the first morning of my stay there was a water outage in parts of central Varna. Yet I had to discover this for myself when I woke up, and there was no effor on the part of staff to communicate this serious problem to guests. On top of that the staff's attitude was bad to say the least. I checked out immediately, cancelling another night's stay, and booked into another nearby hotel. |

The hotel advertises on booking.com in Euros but can not give you change in Euros so you have to go and change money. They also give you no advice that you should as a tourist watch out for cheating exchange agencies that give you bad rates. Once I changed the money the hotel told me I changed at a bad rate and I had to pay more than the price agreed. Instead of €70 I ended up paying €85. no lift. Breakfast is in a greasy cafe across the road. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8am but the cafe was still not ready at 9am. Problem if you are meeting people. really bad breakfast after finally ready |

hotel byl czysty i niektore osoby z personelu bardzo mile. dobra lokalizacja personel mowi slabo po angielsku. zostalam oskarzona o zaklocanie spokoju,chociaz nie bylo mnie w tym czasie w pokoju. sniadanie pozostawia wiele do zyczenia. w niedziele sniadanie nie bylo wcale. w cenie ktora zaplacilam za pokoj powinno byc sniadanie odpowiadajace kwocie wyzszej niz 1 euro. bo za tyle kazdy gosc hotelowy dostawal bon, za ktory mogl w pobliskiej kawiarni kupic kawe i sucha bulke |

Badezimmer mit gutem Design. Zimmer zur Strasse ist zu empfehlen. Erstes Zimmer im rückwärtigen Bereich keine Aussicht. Zimmerwechsel war problemlos möglich. |
