In the very heart of Varna, the hotel offers attractive prices and excellent conditions for business travelers and vacationers. It is located in close proximity to the Train station and port. There is a convenient connection with the Central bus station, Varna airport, and the beach resorts such as Golden Sands, St.Constantine and Elena. It takes 10 minutes by foot to get to the beautiful Sea garden where you can spend unforgettable moments in The Aquarium, The Planetarium and also in The Dolphinarium, which is the only one on the Balkan peninsula. Art hotel is in heart of city. Convenient for shops, restaurants and beach. It is a fairly basic 3 star hotel. Staff are friendly but facilitied are limited. No restaurant or bar but breakfast available. Just cofffee, omlette and toast. I have been visitng Varna for about 8 years as I have a property I rent out. I have stayed at many hotels but find the Art hotel besy value for money hotel I have stayed at.

Posizione comoda, adiacente alla zona pedonale della città. Per colazione ci è stata servita una frittata (non una crepes, proprio una frittata), senza chiederci se desideravamo altro. Nella prenotazione era indicata la presenza di "parcheggio privato disponibile in loco", ma non era in realtà presente e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in strada. Raggiungere l'hotel in automobile è piuttosto complicato, anche perché si trova in una via chiusa al traffico (in cui in realtà transitano tutti). Non abbiamo capito che cosa avrebbe di "artistico" questo hotel. In camera era presente un condizionatore il cui telecomando non funzionava; alla richiesta di sostituirlo si sono straniti, e ce ne hanno fornito un secondo, anche questo non funzionante.

Отличное месторасположение, самый центр Варны. Невысокая цена тоже порадовала. Во время бронирования номера было написано, что завтрак (шведский стол) входит в стоимость. Когда же с утра я спросил про завтрак, мне сказали, что завтрак не входит, что его нужно отдельно заказывать за 5 лев — было крайне не приятно. Интернет в номере тоже работал не очень устойчиво.
