Excellent location, nice rooms

It is very noisy in the hotel but the noise does not come from outside but from the staff that does not comply with their clients.

Only the location, in the centre of the city was good. The facilities were non existent.

The room was tiny, the window looked directly across into another room two metres away the bathroom fixtures were in poor condition, and there was no breakfast facility.

On the first morning of my stay there was a water outage in parts of central Varna. Yet I had to discover this for myself when I woke up, and there was no effor on the part of staff to communicate this serious problem to guests. On top of that the staff's attitude was bad to say the least. I checked out immediately, cancelling another night's stay, and booked into another nearby hotel.

The Hotel is very central and great for business. Also leisure facilities, bars and restaurant are within a few minutes walking distance.

The views from some of the rooms are poor. If you want to look out onto the street, or have any decent view at all, it would be best to ask the hotel for certain rooms.

personel mowi slabo po angielsku. zostalam oskarzona o zaklocanie spokoju,chociaz nie bylo mnie w tym czasie w pokoju. sniadanie pozostawia wiele do zyczenia. w niedziele sniadanie nie bylo wcale. w cenie ktora zaplacilam za pokoj powinno byc sniadanie odpowiadajace kwocie wyzszej niz 1 euro. bo za tyle kazdy gosc hotelowy dostawal bon, za ktory mogl w pobliskiej kawiarni kupic kawe i sucha bulke
