Spacious rooms, clean, good food and diverse, friendly staff. Beach hotel a bit far with little umbrellas, old and broken.

Location is very good, next to the beach and shops; hotel has their own beach ( not opposite of the hotel, but just 5 min by walk). The food was good, staff - friendly . Hotel has 2 elevators but you always have to wait them, so it may be some problems for eldery guests. There is no Wi-Fi at the rooms.

Pozitia hotelului pe plaja este foarte buna si aproape de magazine. Camerele sunt spatioase si foarte curate. Mancarea este foarte buna si variata. Copiii au adorat piscina si minidiscoteca. Nu mi-a placut ca trebuie sa astept foarte mult la lift, erau doar 2 lifturi si faceau fata cu greu la numarul mare de turisti cazati la hotel. Restaurantul era de asemenea cam mic si de multe ori am asteaptat sa se elibereze o masa 10-15 min.

Hotelul are o piscina generoasa, amplasarea lui fiind de ota 10 Din 5 nopti petrecute, halatele de baie nu au fost schimbate nici macar o data. Noi le puneam pe gresie , jos cu prosoapele, ei le ridicau pe calorifer. Am sesizat acest aspect dar nimic. Ne au zis ca nu e managerul, dar ii vor transmite. La spa nu mai aveau prosoape. La 2 aDulti, 1 copil tipa sau plangea in restaurant.

Am revenit dupa 5 ani la Astera, si desi timpul si-a mai lasat amprenta(baterii la baie zgaraiate si incarcate de calcar, farfurii la restaurant ciobite) totusi ramane un hotel frumos, care in urma cu 5 ani a fost un hotel avangardist, superb!! Am avut all inclusiv, care pedntru 4 stele a fost OK, nu spectaculos, dar bun. La raportul calitate/ pret este un hotel pe care il recomand cu placere! Un mare plus pentru sezlongurile gratuite de la plaja!!!

1. Удобное расположение в центре курорта на первой линии. 2. Наличие собственного пляжа с лежаками и зонтиками. 3. Неплохая кухня. 4. Большой и удобный номер (в конце отдыха нам поменяли телевизор на ЖК :) ). 1. Проблема с лифтами (надо не только надо настроить их работу, но видимо, и объяснять постояльцам, как ими пользоваться, т.к. большинство жмут на все кнопки подряд без разбору). 2. Немного шумновато - иногда напрягала долбежка до 5 утра. Мне кажется менеджмент отеля мог бы договориться с близлежащими клубами о снижении уровня децибел, ведь большинство гостей с детьми. 3. Недозрелые фрукты в ресторане. 4. Плохой паркинг за отелем. 5. Невысокое качество уборки в номерах.

Plusuri: pozitie foarte buna, camere spatioase cu vedere la mare, curatenie, piscina interioara cu apa calda, un spa excelent cu preturi rezonabile,plaja privata cu umbrele si sezlonguri incluse in pretul camerei, admit copii pana in 14 ani gratuit, personal amabil Minusuri: mancarea care nu este potrivita pentru copii, bauturi racoritoare de slaba calitate, lipsa cosmeticelor din baie, mocheta camerei cam obosita

amplasament si priveliste buna restaurant sub 3 stele fara variatie si meniu satisfacator,multa galagie noaptea in hotel si mai ales pe strada pana la 06 am,putine lifturi( 2 ) stai si 5 minute sa poti urca.

Hotelul este amplasat pe plaja (am avut o priveliste minunata din balcon) , mancarea a fost foarte buna si diversificata, in camera s-a facut curat in fiecare zi, La all inclusiv s-au servit 3 mese tip bufet pe zi , iar intre mese se puteau consuma bauturi si prajituri la baruri (lobby bar si cel de la piscina). -Desi rezervarea a fost facuta in EURO , cei de la hotel au acceptat plata doar in LEVA . Mai mult - a trebuit sa facem schimbul la receptie (din EURO in LEVA) si am pierdut cam 2 EURO pe noapte din diferenta de curs valutar. -Am cerut explicit in rezervare o camera cu un pat dublu insa am primit o camera cu doua paturi (twin).
