Been for the second time at Asti, loved the location even more. The hotel is beautiful, intimate, has lovely interior gardens and cozy rooms. The surroundings are green, beaches nearby are clean and not so crowded and suitable for small children. Hotel personnel is helpful, food ok. There are some things that could be done better, like for example: some small improvements in the room furniture, the English language abilities of the personnel, a more diversified food choice at breakfast.

Very nice stylish hotel in quiet place. Great for quiet family holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big and clean apartments. Everything was like should to be.

Le calme, nous étions fin août. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. L'établissement très confortable. Appartement spacieux et très bien tenu. Ne pas compter cuisiner dans l'appartement alors que c'était prévu au préalable : manque d'ustensiles, même du minimum ; peine à trouver autres choses que des fruits et des légumes (délicieux du reste) dans le village. Pour ceux qui aiment manger, s'abstenir.

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb des Meeres (ohne Meerblick). Zum flachen Sandstrand sind es etwa 10 Minuten Fussweg. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet (TV - aber ohne deutsche Programme, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Geschirr, Gläser). Sehr grosser Balkon zum gepflegten Innenhof. In das kleine Ortszentrum mit einigen Geschäften und Restaurants läuft man ebenfalls ca. 10 Minuten. Das Hotelrestaurant, in dem es auch das Frühstück gibt, wirkt etwas ungemütlich. Das Frühstück ist jedoch sehr umfangreich (je 2 Sorten Käse, Wurst, Marmelade und Brot, abwechselnd verschiedene warme Speisen (Würstchen, Kartoffelröstis, gekochte oder Rühr- / Spiegeleier), Cornflakes, frischer Joghurt und frisches Obst. Dazu Kaffee, mehrere Sorten Tee, Milch und verschiedene Säfte. Alles wird regelmässig aufgefüllt und das Frühstück geht - langschläferfreundlich - bis 10.30 Uhr. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen, gepflegten Pool und einen Tennisplatz. Ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz ist auch vorhanden, aber mit den angebotenen Spielgeräten nicht unbedingt einladend. Eines der unzähligen in den letzten Jahren an der bulgarischen Schwarzmeerküste entstandenen Strandhotels. Es ist ein 3-Sterne-Hotel - nicht mehr oder weniger. Die Namensgebung "Arthotel" suggeriert etwas 'Außergewöhnliches', was man hier jedoch nicht vorfindet. Überraschung bei der Anreise: nach dem check-in verlangte die Rezeption, dass wir sofort den gesamten Aufenthalt im Voraus zu zahlen hätten. Dazu der Kommentar: Sie haben bei Booking gebucht und da kassieren wir immer vorher! Merkwürdig - und in dieser Form habe ich das noch nie irgendwo erlebt. Bei Außentemperaturen von über 36° arbeitete die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nur spärlich und kühlte das Zimmer nicht herunter. Wir baten um Abhilfe - es kam auch ein Monteur, aber leider hat sich danach nichts geändert. Die Zimmereinigung ist etwas oberflächlich, aber täglicher Handtuchwechsel und - trotz nur 6-tägigem Aufenthalt zwischendurch 1x Bettwäschewechsel. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig - Stühlescharren, Türen schlagen sowie Grüße vom schnarchenden Nachbarn inklusive. Die Parkgebühren auf dem (überwachten und nachts verschlossenem) Hotelgelände sind überzogen. Das Parken auf der Strasse direkt vor dem Hotel ist dagegen überhaupt kein Problem und trotzdem sicher.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable. The amenities are really nice quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We couldn't believe how nice everything was for such a low price! Anyway, we had a great time, we'll definitely come again.
