Helpfull staff,good internet connection, clean and well organised sevices. Limited storage space for clients staying longer than 4 days, the assumption that everyone knows how to use the swipe card to open the door, and insert in the card holder in the room for electric

Great location for the airport - only 10minutes via back roads, which was good as we had an early morning flight. As we were too early for breakfast, they volunteered to provide a pack up, which was very good.

Good pricing, a/c, stable hot water, wired internet, wireless in the lobby (not indicated in description). Location is not very good, but is compensated by cheap taxis. Public transport to city center is also available. However, to see the miserable surroundings is quite sad.

Friendly stuff at the reception, restaurant open until 22:00, good prices, nice and clean rooms. Wifi internet connection was avaliable just in the lobby - they are gonna to fix it to use internet in the room. + i found other wifi connection in the toom later on.. :-)

Clean and comfortable, we stayed New Years eve, as we had an early flight New Years Day, it was a twenty minute drive to airport, good value for money €35 euro a double room

Clean warm comfortable The breakfast was a 3/10. One cold cup if coffee, no fresh juice, no cereals, fruit yogurt it was purely white bread a slow toaster, cheese, slabs of margarine hard boiled eggs rancid looking curled up slices of meat. It was so bad I won't stay there again because of it. The staff were lovely and everything else was a1. If you don't care about breakfast then it's a good hotel.

It is a very nice hotel every thing inside is newer the staff are there to help you and they do that very professionally. the location of the hotel is perfect if you have to flight out the next day, very close to the airport, less then 6 Km. far from everything else

We were very pleasantly surprised by our short stay in this hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was nice and very clean. Location is easy to reach by car and quite close to the airport so it's perfect if you need to take an early flight!

clean modern room and friendly receptionist restaurant is appalling! food served for dinner was inedible. I had to ask surly restaurant waitress for breakfast repeatedly and was eventually served breakfast by the receptionist. embarassing service.

positive: the hotel is next to Sofia airport and staff is really kind and available... for example they let us check our email from their desk, recover and print an important document we needed. negative: in our opinion not advisable to set foot outside when it is dark, the area is peripherical and looks quite bad.

clean and new hotel near the airport nice size room and good breakfast english speaking staff location is near the airport so ideal for late/early flights. you need to take the tram or taxi into sofia but this only costs leva 10-15 each way so not a big deal
