Staff, very large rooms, bathrooms, excellent restaurant with a wonderful view, the quiet location, parking place, very good value for money. I recommend everybody who wants to stay in Sofia or travelling to Greece. Maybe breakfast could be improved a little bit. |

Nice, big room with ample seating as well as a huge bed. Although the restaurant was nicely furnished and had lovely views over the city I think the prices of drinks and food are too high, drinks more so than food. |

The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The hotel is in a quiet area and there is plenty of privacy. The breakfast was not fantastic. The attempt was there, but the eggs and sausage did not have a heater, so you must be there when they put them out. Otherwise quite comfortable. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the suite in which I stayed was very spacious and comfortable. The area was quiet and off of a major road. I had difficulty my first 2 days connecting or staying connected to the wireless internet, but staff finally got the problem resolved. Considering the close proximity to Sofia, more staff should be able to speak even a little bit of English. For anyone staying here and wanting to visit downtown Sofia, I recommend hiring a car during their stay, as the hotel is not close to the City and public transportation can be difficult (i.e., during road construction). |

the room was and excellent size and the restaurant had a great view and good food. Waiter Nick was funny! Good place to stop on a road trip - not in the city, just off the main highway! The staff were not knowledgeable of the local area - when we got lost trying to find it, they told us to find a taxi and follow them by car. Not acceptable! Breakfast was not consistent and some of the staff ate some of the food! |

Tout. Service impeccable ! Personnel toujours à disposition et prêt à aider. Chambre propre et confortable. Lieu calme et paisible. Rapport qualité/prix parfait.Le restaurant situé au dernier étage de l'hôtel est très bon (belle vue sur la ville, beau restaurant, plats recherchés, services de qualité, prix plus qu'abordable pour y manger tous les jours sans réserve...). Il vaut largement plus que ses étoiles. Nothing, it was perfect ! |

Personnel excellent et disponible. Petit déjeuner bien. Hotel impossible à trouver (nous avons du payer un taxi pour qu'il nous y emmene). Fenetre de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas correctement : étant situé au premier étage, la sécurité était donc remise en cause. |

Bewijzering naar het hotel was vanuit het vliegveld niet goed, komende vanuit Rilla uitstekend !! Personeel vlot, vriendelijk, behulpzaam en had even de tijd om te praten over land en volk. Goede sfeer. Aanbevolen. |
