Good proximity to airport, spacious clean rooms, good value for money for a new hotel when staying out of season. Hotel isolated with not much to do nearby. |

On the bar and restaurant foods, drinks were amazing declicious and cheap. The pool and rooms were cleand every day. Our room was nice and comfortable. I recommanded this fantastyc place to everybody. Unfortunatelly the staff can't speak english or another languages, just only bulgarian. Except the reception staff and the mixer on the Atlantis beach bar. |

Completely new hotel complex in simple, elegant style, spacious room/studio with microwave and fridge Breakfast a bit too basic for a hotel in this class - no brewed coffee, just instant coffee and warm water in a jug (replenished from the hot water tap in the bar!), slow replenishing of bread etc., plates washed/rinsed but not dried, still dripping with water. Needs competent management in this section. |

Excelent confort.Very clean.Good and not expensive restaurant including for a vegetarian.Nice pool.Low quality breakfast.Cable network in the room but no one was able to give me a valid IP for internet conection. Wireless conection only in the restaurant/bar. Dynamic IP and free acces for network cable.Maybe more or powerfull wireless router. |

We liked the rooms as they were a good size. Nicely laid out. The staff didn't seem to be interested in helping, Also very difficult to communicate with them. Our room had not been cleaned for 2 days and had to find the cleaners after getting nowhere at the reception. Maybe once the hotel is fully finished this will improve. |

Swimming pool with clear water and fair relation with hotel staff. Noisy nights from the airport traffic and too far from the local beaches. Hotel's seaside shore is completely unusable due to enormous pollution. |

24 hour reception and staff Part unfinished and leaflet did not have enough information such as times of breakfast where to get it etc, I walked down to the kitchen.No reviews on web page so will click yes. |

Trés bon acceuil du personnel de l' hotel, la facilité de relations humaines internationales, d' affaires, ou tout simplement amicales ,dans un esprit de détente. Une certaine irrégularité quant aux services des repas ( certainement un problème de coordination en cuisine) |

Gepflegte Anlage mit gutem qualitativem Niveau, das internationalen Standards gerecht wird. Auch das Frühstück - im Süden ja oft ein Problem - war in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels akzeptierten nicht den gebuchten bzw. von Booking.com zugesicherten Preis der Übernachtung in EUR. Und das nur, weil sie nicht in der Lage waren, den bulgarischen Leva korrekt in EUR umzurechnen. Wir konnten aber auch in Leva bezahlen, wodurch alles wieder stimmte. |

Хотела е чудесен.Условията са прекрасни за почивка и релакс.Близоста му до Бургас е другото му предимство,но липсата на парко места е недостатък.Това ,че персонала е незаитересован да обслужи клиента е недопустимо. По добра реклама и добър персонал. |

Új, modern, tiszta,olcsó.Ezért ajánlom, de csak azoknak akik a pihenést kedvelik medence mellett, mert a kiépített tengerpart messze van és sarafovoban nincs mit csinálni, Legközelebbi program lehetőség Burgasban van kb 15 km. A hotelhez tartozó tengerpart messzesége és kiépítetlensége,a személyzet érdektelensége a vendégek iránt,a szobák tartozékai a leírástól ellentétben csak térítés ellenében voltak használhatók /vasaló, hajszárító/ |

Remek szálloda, közel a reptérhez, ennek ellenére a zaj egyáltalán nem elviselhetetlen. A szálloda további előnye, hogy egy gyermek és egy felnőtt medencével is rendelkezik. Ár/érték arányban verhetetlen! Semmi különös... Talán az, hogy nem beszéltek angolul. |

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, super basen, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Kiepska plaża i dojście do niej, słabe śniadania.Obiekt jeszcze nie wykończony, brak placu zabaw dla dzieci. |

Nincs tömeg, kedvezőek az árak. Kellemes hely családi pihenésre. Új, ízlésesen berendzett lakosztályok és a kapcsolódó szolgáltatások (pl. medencék, nyugágyak, ernyők, stb. többnyire ingyen igénybe vehetők). Tömegközlekedési kapcsolata Borgas-szal megoldott. Vissza fogunk térni! |

Wyposażenie hotelu eleganckie, basen ok, pokoje ok. ceny raczej niskie w stosunku do komfortu. Hotel to taka enklawa czystości i elegancji na tle tego co ma do zaoferowania Sarafovo. Obsługa nie umie albo nie chce obsługiwać czytniki kart, dlatego placąc gotówką tracimy, śniadanie od 9 rano -ale może to nie wszystkim przeszkadza |
