Same menu and the breakfast was served to the table. it would be better if we could choice the breakfast from the catering.

The matris in the bed was bottomless

The bowling alley was great but again the staff were very unfriendly and we felt like a nuisance being there.

The staff were rude and ignored us. The spa and pool were closed for the time we were there and we asked if we could cancel and go to another hotel with a pool for our 6 yr old - they argued that they had a pool but it was shut - as if that helps us.The room was outside across and unlit area and I fell - the night receptionist ignored me and did not aid me. the wifi failed 5 times after 5 minutes in one day so I gave up as each time I had to return outside to a reception as the phone in the room did not work. The food was very poor.

It was too cold in our apartaments-the condition system was no so good.And it was cold in bathroom.It is better to choose this hotel for warm season-summer the best.

The swimming pools. The restaurant is ok, and the breakfast is fine.

Bathrooms have an unpleasant odor, perhaps drains problem. The air conditioning does not work well. Poor cleaning of the rooms. Spa service, bowling, indoor heated pool are not included in the hotel service. Overall this is an apartment complex with several options, but not a proper hotel.

We did not like the chicken dish, in fact we felt a little food poisoning the next day

Location - the hotel is situated very close to the airport. Connection with Burgas town by public transport (bus nr.15, Bus stop 300m far from the hotel) Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are for free. The beach was clean, and there are new steps leading to the beach (106 steps).

The staff of the hotel was horrible. The sofa bed in the living room was 140cm wide only which was not enough for two old people. There was no iron/ironing facilites in the room, there was no hairdryer.

Nice resort, a lot of facilities, pools, perfect spa, 5 minutes nice walk to the beach (sunbeds for free), 2 restaurants with nice variety of food, very good location near the Burgas airport (taxi for 5€ or 20 min. Walk). Good value for money. We stayed 5 nights in July..

Very bad english of restaurant and bar staff (reception with no problems).. Smell in the bathroom from shower bath..they make efforts to smell it good but aerosol off after half a day :( Morning buffet was very poor and sometimes juice or cheese/meat/eggs missing for 15 minutes.. Problems with cleaning - changing towels 3 times(6 days stay), 1 day missing toilet paper..

on arrival at the hotel we had a problem with the room booking it only had 2 beds in it,we asked to have a extra bed in it on our booking and paid for this on the booking form,they did accomadate this fact but seemed a bit missunderstood about it.

Nice hotel close to the airport, restaurant is good.

Totul este foarte frumos, nou si cu bun gust.

Am fost dezamagiti ca nu am putut folosi centrul SPA, asa cum am citit din pagina de pe Booking. La fata locului, ni s-a spus ca toul este contracost si la un pret nici pe departe simbolic.

Yemekler iyiydi. Odalar temizdi Apart biryerde kalmak isteyenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Şehirden uzak arabasız ulaşım sorun olabilir. Arabaları içerde kapalı alana park ettirmiyorlar. (Mülk sahiplerine izin veriyorlar ama otel müşterisi kullanamıyor)

Godt lide at man kunne holde varmen indenfor når det var koldt udenfor. Personale var meget smilende og hjælpsomme. Tæt på strand, masser af sol på vores teresse om eftermiddagen

Sauna, Trænings- og motionscenter, Solarium, Spa- og wellness-center, Massage, Dart, Spabad, Bowling, Tyrkis, bad/dampbad, Indendørs swimmingpool (helårs) var IKKE åben de 3 første dage og det kostet ca. 80 dkr(20 leva) . pr dag pr. person at benytte det, Vi mener at vi godt kunne have modtaget mail om at de ikke havde åbnet det da vi muligvis ville have ændret hotel. Hårtørre var der ikke på værelserne men vi havde læst at andre havde problem med det og havde selv med. strygejern og strygebræt manglede også. Parkering inde på hotelområde var kun til dem der ejede lejligheder, men der var en lille p plads uden for hotel hvor man kunne holde hvis der var plads.

her yönüyle odalar mükemmel tek kelimeyle harika kendi evimde gibi hissettim. çocuk odası ayrı yetişkin ayrı amerikan mutfağı mükemmel.

Este un complex excelent,foarte linistit,cu plaja privata neaglomerata.Este o locatie excelenta pentru relaxare.Camerele foarte curate si lenjeria se schimba mereu

In momentul rezervarii ti se comunica ca ai anumite dotari in camara si anumite facilitati care dispar in momentul cind ajungi la hotel.Se lauda cu bucatarii complet utilate dar cred ca acestea sint doar pentru cunoscuti,restul oamenilor de rind primind ramasitele.

Velký problém s placením na baru. Pouze v bulharských Leva. Večer nefunguje směnárna hotelu. Nemožnost napsat útratu na hotelový pokoj. Snídaně od 8-10:00 a už v 9:00 polovina z nabízených jídel chybí.

In real life the Hotel is at least as good as on the pictures. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The pools, the spa, the restaurants, and the bars are all great! The price for all the services (incl. the restaurant) is quite OK! We had all our meals in the restaurant, and they were delicious. We never had problems with finding a free sunbed/umbrella near the pools although the Hotel was fully booked. BTW, the noise coming from the nearby airport is not disturbing at all.

The most disapointing was the breakfast. Only one waitress was trying to remove dishes from the tables, and refill the foods on the sidebar, but unfortunately with no luck. In general the food quality was good, but sadly not all the time. It's even more annoying, because otherwise the Hotel is wonderful. (10/10) Besides the breakfast I can mention only minor issues, such as the water in the pool was a bit cold, and some fittings in the room were hanging, but that's all.

God valuta for pengene, gode faciliteter, ok værelser, fremragende klimaanlæg stor plus vi kunne regulere temp. I hvert enkelt værelse(vi havde 3). Vores gruppe var yderst tilfredse med hotellet og opholdet. God variende mad I restauranterne

Der var ikke overensstemmelse med de ting, som I (Booking.com)havde skrevet som befandt sig på værelset. Blandt andet manglede Strygejern og -bræt,Hårtørrer, Telefon, Dvd-afspiller. Det med hårtørrerne gav lidt et problem når 4 fam. Ikke havde taget hårtørrer med, men de var flinke I receptionen, så vi klarede den:) Musikken i restauranterne er alt for høj, så vi måtte flere gange bede personalet om at skrue ned, for vi kunne tale sammen.

A szállás, a szolgáltatások ár-érték aránya nagyon jó volt. A tengerpartra vezető sétány kialakítása ötletes. Kis sétával a tengerpart elérhető, ahol a napernyők,napozó ágyak térítésmentesen használhatóak. A víz tiszta volt, a partot rendszeresen takarították. A medencék valamint a kert tiszta, ápolt volt.

A reggeli kiszolgálása csapnivaló: - evőeszközök, tányérok hiányoztak - az ételek utántöltése 9-órakor befejeződött! De a reggeli 10-óráig tartott. - 8 órai reggelizésnél illetve egy másik pincér helyettesítésével tudtuk meg pl.hogy gyümölcs is van, valamint az ételeket rendszeresen pótolják Hiányoltuk, hogy nincsenek kimondott gyerekprogramok, animátorok. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt kb.100 gyerek nyaralt, délután az 1 órai álarckészítés 10 leváért az nevetséges drága volt. Sarafovoban nincs esti élet, ezért aki ezt igényli annak messzebb kell utaznia. A tengerparti lépcsők megerősítése szükségessé válik. A bejáratnál rendszeresen elkerített üres parkolóhelyek voltak,ahová földi halandók nem, csak a nagy értékű luxus terepjárók állhattak. Egyszerűen elzavartak bennünket onnan.
