Hotel Atol  

It was great value for money. Todor, the gentleman on reception was very accommodating and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make our stay as smooth as possible. The rooms were clean and there was a fridge if needed. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this hotel for definate.

The only thing we missed were there were no tea/coffee making facilitiesin the room. Most days it would have been nice to have a cup of tea before venturing out.

The hotel is great! Located in the heart of Sunny Beach, next stop, opposite Hotel Kuban. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel. Very nice and large room. Lovely bathroom. The room is cleaned every day. Friendly staff. I recommend this hotel.

Anything less is not a big problem, but the refrigerator in the room was not cleaned from previous visitors. There was not trash basket in the room, creating a little discomfort.

They never changed the towels

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and the beach...also close to public transport. The hotel resturant was good value and excellent food.

No pool

The hotel position is quite good, but you have to cross the main road every time when you go out and this takes time because of the very busy road. The room was ok, with balcony (but the view was not so nice), shower in the room, air conditioning was ok. I had very good wi-fi signal in my room and the internet speed was acceptable.

I didn't liked the hotel stuff, very poor service. I stayed 8 days and the room was not cleaned in 4 days. The towels were never changed. The cleaning of the room was done once at 9.00 AM, other day at 2.00 PM and other day they tried to clean at 5.30 PM. They waked me to clean the room when i was resting in the room at noon twice and once in the morning. It was very annoying, you never know when the cleaning lady is coming. Hot water only in the morning and in the evening (sometimes even in the evening) No parking place, i had to park in front of the restaurant on a very busy road between billboards. There are a lot of other good hotels in Sunny Beach for this money.

Svakako isplativo ako se uzme u obzir cijena. Do mora ima 5 minuta hodanja, a do prvog dućana pola minute.

Recepcionar se trudi biti jako ljubazana, ali u tome pretjeruje, pa ispada da zabada nos u tuđe poslove.

Beliggenheden er rigtig god for voksne mennesker uden børn. Prisen er ok og her er hyggeligt. Man føler sig hjemme der.

Måske ville jeg hellere have haft en buffet som morgenmad så man ikke fik varmt hver dag.

Teljesen segítőkész személyzet a recepción, tisztaság a szobában akár csak az egész Hotelben. 30 méterre található a supermarket, 50 méterre a főutca, és a strand is alig 5 perc séta jó környezetben. Rengetek szórakozóhely és étterem is van a környéken!

Good location for party, this is in the ultimate center of the Sunny Beach, just 200 meters from the beach. It was really clean and tidy, best value for your money.

The staff was ok, but not really kind. Bath plug, really hot water in the busiest hours. Noisy neighbor.
