Hotel Avalon  

I had mixed experiences in this hotel: its price was a special offer, so I should not complain about anything... Room was comfortable and clean, with brand new furniture. Staff was fine, but I felt a general disinterest to customer needs (like almost everywhere in Bulgaria). Entrance to the rooms is not strictly controlled, so you can bring people to your room without any problem.

An old-styled boiler in the bathroom that produces strange sounds (!) when water get hot (I guess for the increased pressure)... I gave a shirt to laundry, and it went back like ten years older (not to mention how bad it was ironed)... There were still hanging cables pending from the ceiling in the corridor to the room... Curtains are useless against light... Wireless only in the hall, and you have to pay for it... Breakfast is not suitable for Italians... You need at least 15min to reach the beach walking

Price, swimming pool, cleaning of a room, which was almost every day.

The room was not such spacious as has been specified on a site (from 39 to 51 m² big)- only half. In a room there was no telephone, a bucket for garbage, a bath. On a map booking.com the hotel site is specified not truly. The breakfast was poor. In pool territory there were no enough umbrellas and didn't allow to bring the drinks.

A brand new hotel with comfortable big rooms,incredible low price and nice staff.Very clean, making room and changing towels every day.Perfect own pool and "beach" bar.Very friendly and helpful people are working here.Perfect for a family or society vacation.0-24 open supermarket.Breakfast packet for early check-out.Unbeatable value for money.Thx for Lidiya and the boss of the restaurant,sorry I forgot ask his name.I recommend the hotel to all.

The breakfast is everyday the same,rich but not varied.The see of course not 150 meters but two times more and the center is a little bit more farther away.

Отель очень понравился в соотношение цена-качество. Бронировали на букинге с 50% скидкой стандартный номер, по приезду дали 2-х комнатные апартаменты с кухней и двумя балконами, сказали бонус от отеля. Персонал очень вежливый и услужливый, нам нужно было залезть в инет, скачать электронные билеты и распечатать их, на что девушки с ресепшена сказали - без проблем, отдали свой компьютер минут на 40 и даже денег не взяли, хотя интернет у них платный.

Далековато от моря и от центра, зато очень спокойно.

Heló! Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése a hotelnek ,mert közel , de távol volt az éjszakai forgatagtól! Az étkezés nem volt túl változatos , de a reggeli éhséget elűzte ! a medencéjük nagyon szép tiszta volt csak nagyon lehetett érezni a fertőtlenítő szagát! Nem fürdöttünk benne. A tengerparti rész kiváló volt .a napágyakat 7 leváért lehetett bérelni/nap a szobánkban volt főző rész ezért inkább appartmanra emlékeztetett.A Gyerekek normális hotel szobában voltak.Amikor megérkeztünk a városba nem ismerték a Hotelt , mert appartmanhoz volt sorolva.De, a taxisok készséggel segítettek.Csak a tengerparti övezetben fogadják az Eurót is.Parkoló nem őrzött és a Hotel előtti utca részen illetve a hotel mögötti zártabb részen lehetséges.Azért mindent összegezve nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

A távolság valóban nem 150 méter hanem 300 m ! Nehezen lehet átjutni a főúton a tengerpartra, de meg lehet vele bírkózni!

Am ales Hotelul Avalon, pt ca e un hotel de 4 stele ,isi merita aceste stele arihetectura acestui hotel e deosebita ,daca ai nevoie sa te relaxezi in Sunny Beach nu e o alegere gresita.Personalul de la receptie nota 10.

...O problema administrativa ...localizarea lui pe harta si gasirea lui in Sunny Beach a fost cel mai greu lucru.

заявленное на карте место расположение не соответствует реальности! пришлось идти пешком 30 минут до отеля. не понравился завтрак в отеле - всё однообразное и нет возможности выбирать.

aneks kuchenny nie miał żadnego wyposażenia

w rezerwacji internet był dostępny za darmo na miejscu okazało się że trzeba płacić 20 lewa za dzien bardzo nie ładnie problemy były z płatnoscią kartą musiałem po wielkich tłumaczeniach jechać do innego hotelu i zapłacić chociaż w opisie pisało że można bez problemu płacić kartą
