I have to say that the hotel as a facility looks good, nice pool, nice normal size rooms, balcony, mixed view sea-city, the cleaning lady cleans the room every day.Hotel was quite close to the beach. Had a parking place reserved but we where always blocked by other cars so we had to wait for the to take their cars out. Hotel staff speaks poor english and upon arrival we were left waiting for 15 min while reception staff was speaking in bulgarian which I thought was quite rude. Breakfast is good if you dont eat every day :). All inclusive service is cheap but the food is absolutely horrible. I was on a diet and I could barely eat anything. Anyway we had food problems in all the resort (expensive and bad). Try restaurants not in the first line near the beach. All employees in the hotel and resort seem to be there for getting money from tourist, aggresive tourism... |

In general good value for the money. You get what you pay for. The staff was helpfull and friendly. If you are young and want to party and stay in a centrally located hotel without being in the middle of the "noise" this is a good choice. If you want clean towels remember to out the used ones on the floor :o) |

The food is satisfactory, there is a parking place in the front of the hotel. The air conditioning was not functioning in my room and despite my efforts and discussions with the receptioninst on a daily basis nothing was done through my staying there (5 days). The sheets were not changed at all during this period. |

Pozitia relativ centrala. Personalul de curatenie nu vorbeste decat bulgara, patutul copilului s-a rupt din prima seara, piscina cam murdara, mancarea ar trebui sa fie mai diversificata, prietenii localnici ai barmanului sa nu mai atarne toata ziua barul la bauturi gratuite bagate pe all inclusive, parcarea foarte mica, doar 6 locuri. Si atentie la japcarii care ridica masini, mie in 30 de secunde cat am intrat la receptie sa clarific cu parcarea erau sa-mi ia masina cu motorul pornit, pe avarii si cu copilul de 5 ani inauntru. La cat i-am injurat in engleza, romana si rusa mi-au lasat impresia ca nu stiau decat bulgara, nu au reactionat deloc decat cu 20 leva in palma. |

Personal ok, camera curata, curs bun la casa de schimb si cam atat. Patutul copilului s-a rupt din prima seara, parcarea cu vreo 6 locuri, piscina cam murdara si neingrijita, cameristele care nu intelegeau nimic altceva decat bulgara, mancarea nu atat de diversificata pe cat ar trebui (la Amfibia a fost mai bine), prietenii locali ai barmanului care beau si ei tot pe all inclusive... Este hotel de weekend. Data viitoare ma voi reorienta. |

Rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non si può pretendere molto spendendo questa cifra. Non era presente l'ascensore e facendo una prenotazione con bambino hanno dato la camera all'ultimo piano. Cucina molto spartana. Meglio mangiare fuori. Non hanno accettato pagamento con carta di credito dicendo che non funzionava (per ben 15 giorni). Non c'erano giochi per bambini ne casino' come pubblicizzato sul vostro sito |

Príjemný hotel s dobrým personálom, strava na dostatočnej úrovni.Čistota v areáli hotelu na požadovanej úrovni, starostlivosť o zeleň je vysoká. Otvorenie bazénu je limitované do 18 hodiny, poškodený biliardový stôl,väčšiu kontrolu mladých ľudi z Nemecka a Škandinávskych krajin,(zvýšeny konzum alkoholu a narúšanie pokoja tohto rodinného hotela) |

Ma felicit ca am ales Azurro Hotel si in acelasi timp il felicit pe managerul complexului Azurro Hotel. Totul a fost peste asteptarile mele, ale sotiei si prietenilor impreuna cu care mi-am petrecut cele trei zile ce-mi ramasesera din concediul de odihna. Voi face tot posibilul sa revin la Azurro si, daca imi va placea cel putin tot atat de mult, voi reveni iarasi si iarasi. Mihai DINESCU, Ramnicu Valcea 1)O harta a statiunii, incluzand si posibilitatile de transport atat in interiorul statiunii cat si spre alte puncte de atractie, exterioare statiunii (Nessebar, Burgas etc). 2) O centrala telefonica interioara prin care sa se poata asigura legatura intre camerele ocupate de membrii aceluiasi grup. 3) Interzicerea clara, explicita si, eventuala, imperativa, a fumatului in piscina(!). |

location, price, air conditioning, swimming pool, food no warm water at dinner time in the rooms; dinner time is 18:30-21:00 offically, practically: 18:30-20:00, after 20:00 you will get left overs; rude butt blonde slim small waitress in the BBQ; if you ask 2 full glass of vodka in the bar, you wont get them just filled to a quarter, and when you ask more, the answer is: "NO!" in all inclusive!!!; same meal at breakfast time; no tennis court; no casino; no playground; no minigolf; no scuba-diving; no horse riding |

Este foarte bine plasat, aproape de plaja si cu tot ce trebuie in apropiere (magazine, restaurante, etc.). Nessebar este la doar 5 km, se poate merge cu trenuletul, cu masina sau chiar pe jos. Plaja nu este aglomerata, de asemenea piscina hotelului este foarte buna si de asemenea nu este aglomerata. All Inclusive este bun la pretul cerut. Intr-un cuvant: excelent! Curatenia in camere ar putea fi imbunatatita. Meniul ar putea fi diversificat, dar probabil ar presupune o scumpire, ceea ce nu e de dorit. De asemenea nu functioneaza plata cu cardul decat la insistente. Parcarea trebuie rezervata si confirmata, altfel sunt probleme. |

Mivel a családommal voltam,kellemesen éreztem magam és az étkezéssel sem volt gondunk higiénia és minöség szempontjábol. Igen,sajnos a parkirozot kellen fejleszteni(földalattira,emeletesre).Nem volt hajszáritó. |

A szállás kielégítő, az ételek finomak és választékosak és az árak is barátságosak. A tenger közel és tiszta, a hotel medencéje megfelelő. A Hotel medencéjéhez tartozó nyugágyak és napernyők megértek a cserére, felújításra. |
