There was nothing we liked!!! It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The apartament doesn't have 2 bathromms as they declaired on booking!!! The hotel personal is very rude and if you don't buy form the bar they don't allow you to stay in the recreation area. The pool is small and the parking - paid - is on a land with sand and rocks and it is not supervised.

Cheap and good.2 minutes to supermarket, 5 min to town center, 7 minutes to the beach. Free parking in front of the hotel entrance. Air conditioning works perfect. Clean pool. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. We recommend Mamacita restaurant, best special mexican food ever, good prices. All in all Sunny Beach is a good place to party , a lot of young people. On booking.com it says payment only by credit card but actualy is only cash leva/euro. Be careful at exchange offices around, ask for the receipt and count your money right away. Grija la buzunare ca nu doar in Romania se fura :)

Elhelyzkedés, ár Szegényes reggeli, minden nap ugyanaz, kávé vizezett, üdítő nincs, tej romlott volt. áGynemű csere 10 nap alatt 1x volt, törölköző csere 2x, ez nagyon kevés egy 3*-os szállodában. Wc-papírt kérni kellett, mert 2-3 naponta adtak újat. Fürdőszobában nem volt konektor, a szobában is csak a szekrény mögött, a szoba erősen dohány szagú volt, pedig nemdohányzót kértünk, 10 nap alatt nem szellőzött ki. Az ágyat az első nap után bevetették, utána már egyszer sem, kvázi a szoba úgy nézett ki minden nap, ahogyan hagytuk. Apartmanban ez elfogadható, de egy 3*-os szállodában nem. A személyzet nem volt kedves, sem segítőkész, nem köszöntek, nem mosolyogtak, fiatal srácok dohányoztak és zenét hallgattak a bárnál. Ha valami problémám volt, nekem kellett megoldani. Angolul nagyon nem beszéltek. A hotel konyhája 8-ig volt nyitva, de fél8- kor már nem szolgáltak ki.

A személyzet kedves, a medence tiszta, csendes környéken van de egy 5perces sétával a központban vagyunk, szupermarket, atm, gyógyszertár. áR-érték arány szerint rendben van! Nem luxusszálló, de korrekt. A reggeli uncsi, mindig ugyan az, törölközőket egy hét alatt egyszer cserélték.

Renholdet på rommet var elendig. Og det nyttet ikke å klage til personalet. I løpet av 2 uker måtte jeg be om at de skiftet på senga, og det var eneste gang senga ble skiftet på. Håndkler fikk jeg kun en gang. Rommet ble ikke vasket I løpet av to uker

Piscina,cladirea noua,pacat ca una gasesti pe net,si acolo te conditioneaza la copii sub 10 ani sa iei obligatoriu pat suplimentar,am avut probleme cu baia unde pluteau dejectiile din cauze minore,dar nu au reusit sa o remedieze,mi-a ridicat masina din loc provizoriu( nu era nici public,nici privat nici spatiu verde,era teren viran visavis si 0 parcasem temporar si la indicatiile proprietarilor de hoteluri luau numai autoturisme cu numere straine....66 Leva,si cui sa te plingi?....MAFIA LUCREAZA).In rest ok Proasta administrare si intoleranta fata de clienti......pe principiul Ati venit si nu mai puteti refuza(era sejur conditionat)....Nu cred ca ma mai intorc la acest hotel....ramin in romania.

Nu se accepta plata cazarii cu cardul, asa cum se precizeaza in conditiile rezervarii. Se percepe tarif suplimetar pentru parcare autoturism in conditiile in care parcarea se face pe un teren viran delimitat cu un lant.

La pulizia Personale insufficente e maleducato per ogni cosa chiedono se;pre soldi pensano solo a quello. Nonostante la prenotazione non mi hanno riservato la camera la prima notte e mi hanno sistemato in un alloggio separato privo di televisore. Per avere stampato 2 fogli tramite internet ho pagato 5 leva (2.50euro) direi vergognoso!!!!!

hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona retrasa si linistita fiind destinat persoanelor care doresc sa fie departe de forfota din centrul statiunii si de pe plaja. din acest punct de vedere a fost ok. nu respecta rezervarile facute prin booking.com

pestrost stravy respektive snídaní velice velice skromná,absence základních věcí jako jsou vejce a párky které běžně nabízí i hotely s dvěmi hvězdičkami,během 4 snídaní podávány pouze jednou a to vždy studené ikdyž byly průběžně doplnovány z kuchyně tak opět totálně studené párky

Un hotel super !! Preturi, mancare , curatenie nota 10!!!! Personalul hotelului foarte dragut si amabil , nu e foarte departe de plaja 15 min de mers lejer si un prilej bun de holbat la suveniruri. Camere spatioase, curate si aranjate cu gust. A meritat fiecare cent !
