* Very nice resort-style building with large, clean, comfortable rooms * Great mountain views * Nice outside pool * Next to golf course, close to mountains and national park * Excellent value, despite its bad points, priced at 1/3 of its neighbors!

* The Razlog Valley is beautiful, but I found it too out-of-town and too resorty. I preferred being actually in Bansko rather than 15 minutes outside * Having a kitchen with no microwave and no utensils is next to useless... and clearly a deliberate policy to force you to eat in the restaurant instead of self-catering. Either equip the kitchen or call them rooms instead of apartments! * Free WiFi that only works in the lobby is similarly useless and annoying

As always, very nice and pleasant stay - spacious rooms, clean and contemporary furniture Pool, Fitness, Steam bath and Sauna - relaxing

Dont have indoor swimming pool

The studio was very clean and comfortable. The personel is very frendly and professional. Comlex is situated on excelent position under Pririn mountain.

Indoor swiming pool is missing.

+ Great value for money + the staff is very polite + everything is new + many extras in the rooms - LCD TV, cable TV, bathtub, kitchen and more + SPA + great nature around and golf

- The heater is too small for the room but at reception they gave as an extra heater - no WiFi in the room

The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it!

It's not a negative point but it would have been perfect if the have an interior pool.

There was a cooking smell in the living room probably from other rooms we were on the fourth floor

It is clean, in a good location,quiet,and good value

At peak times parking can be a little bit crowded but we were there at New Year so at normal times it should be ok.

The staff was very friendly, they tried to help us with all our requests. The hotel is new and the rooms have fully equipped kitchen (with plates, oven, electric kettle, toaster, etc.). We prepared ourselves the breakfast in the room and it was great this way. We were impressed that the girls at the reception tried to help us with the bus shuttle even though we didn't have reservation for the first day. Also, if you want to return from Bansko at a different hour that the regular timetable for the shuttle, you can talk at the reception and the bus shuttle will come and take you back (this option costs extra money but we found it very useful). I would return to this hotel in the future, considering the comfort at this price.

The only issue I could find is the distance to Bansko. But considering the bus shuttle which can pick you up at any time, this wasn't a real problem for us.

The roooooom. The scenery. Staff promptness when mechanical broke down of the door. Good value for the money for couples (maybe with children also).

Not enough parking area. Even if found on booking.com as being in Bansko the location is about 7 km away in other district. Wired internet. No wifi. The corner shop belonging to the complex was not accepting credit cards !!!!!!! The swimming pool, the spa and the fitness centre. Tv channels.

The rooms/apartments

It's the second new year spent there. This year, also last year, a lot of snow, and mostly a lot of ice in their yard. After new year, I had a big fall and my left knee is still bad. Not a 4* place looking on how the remove the ice.

Nice Hotel, good facilities, very polite staff and people who speak english (finally!!!!). Good for all kind of people. Well equipped rooms, Warmed floor, always hot water due to en suite boiler.

Poor Sound isolation between the rooms, A little small rooms... Small breakfast, bad oil for salads (very white!)

The girls on the reception the food in the restaraunt and the temperature in the room.

The hotel had big and spacious rooms and what is more, it was perfectly clean at all times indoors and outdoors. The sight from my room was marvellous, overlooking the pirin mountains. It is exactly what we call value for money!

The breakfast was poor! It is objectionable not to have croissants, cakes and other staff according to american breakfast standards. The first night we heard an alarm ringing so loudly that I thought I would go deaf! Eventually it stopped after 2 minutes but I lost my sleep. The staff could be more talented in speaking english:)

The studio was very nice. We loved it. The bed, the kitchen, heated floor in the bathroom. Very nice. + They have a beautiful pool!

It is a little far from Bansko and the ski sloaps

Welcoming and friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, spacious and fully equipped rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

High quality, low price, nice view , large rooms.

the place was good and the staff was excelent ideal place for nature/ bird watchers plus walkers etc. Need a car to see the area at its best. watch for rough roads.
