Unfortunately, we had a problem with the rate shown on the booking page. The booking.com price was 76 Eur for a double room, instead we were charged 85 Eur at the reception. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The check-in was a breeze and the girl at reception was very helpful in describing the services offered. We were helped with our luggage to the room 433. The room was spacious and clean.We have requested double bed, but with hotel being full we got twin beds. However the hotel staff allowed to push together the twin beds making a huge king size bed. The Internet did not work at first due to faulty cable, but this was quickly fixed by the IT. The welcome alcohol free cocktail in the Sky bar was nice and got even better with some Gordon added. The spa was wonderful with salt water pool, salt water jacuzzi. sauna. russian bath, egyptian bath, turkish bath and steam bath all included with the room. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but there was no fresh juice. We had lunch at the B-B-Q bar near the beach and dinner at the La Vista Mediterranean restaurant. The food in both places was coming from same kitchen and was fresh, tasty and nicely arranged. We stayed in this hotel shortly after it opened and found it as good as ever with some small hitches described below. No fresh juice at breakfast, not even the one made from concentrate - the concoction offered from the dispenser was cheap stuff. The waitress at the La Vista restaurant appeared inexperienced (filling the wine glasses almost to the rim and forgetting some of the orders made).

I try to be objective and say the truth despite the fact that the truth is difficult thing to determine. I advise anybody to stay in this hotel. It is really excellent in every dimension.The only thing to be fixed is the quality of internet in rooms. It did not work well during the entire 7 days stay. Internet

Хорошее расположение отеля между морем и озером. Все номера смотрят на море.Удобно спускаться к бассейну и красивая территория отеля. Хороший набор процедур в СПА. Вокруг отеля идет строительство новых домов. На территории отеля все замечательно, но развлечений нет абсолютно никаких. Завтраки однообразные, даже осенью мало фруктов. Ко времени окончания завтрака шведский стол может быть полупустым.

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet,die Wellness Einrichtungen insbesondere. Das Umfeld des Hotels hat Nichts zu bieten. Restaurants und Chopping fehlen völlig. Vom bulgarischen Flair ist nichts zu spüren. Es ist eher eine russische Kolonie.

A tenger kozelsege. A szemelyzet segitokeszsege, bar angolul igen gyengen beszeltek. Hangyak voltak a szobankban. A WC-papirert konyorogni kellett. A futes meg nem mukodott (okt. Vege/nov. Eleje), de kaptunk egy szobai mobil melegitot!! A medencek jelentos reszet most ujitottak, javitottak, igy ha az ember a wellness reszleg miatt ment oda, akkor megjarta. Elso nap a pincer fol akart szamolni egy salatat a vacsorahoz, amit nem is fogyasztottunk el.

отель просто замечательный,персонал очень приветливый,находится рядом с морем,можно и отдыхать,и лечиться,жаль,что нет анимации ни для кого,но в целом прекрасно можно отдыхать как одиноким людям так и парам с детьми!

понравился спа-комплекс с минерально-солевой водой,хорошее обслуживание официантов за обедом и общее оформление отеля при заселении дали неубранный номер(на полу валялись полотенца и халаты- мы заглянули и вышли),когда пришла на ресепшн менять ключи - даже не извинились. охотно здоровались только носильщики,администраторы хранили каждое утро почтенное молчание. в спа центре складывалось впечатление, что гости уже порядочно достали персонал..в 19-53 в спа центре выключали свет не смотря на то,что там находились люди(около четырех человек),и то,что их рабочее время до 20-00. совок - един,непобедим видимо.. завтраки средние,но явно не на пляжную пятерку..

“The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was of a high standard you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I was only there for about 8 hours so did not much more time to use the facilities or even try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.
