This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. A really nice room, good bathroom with seperate shower. The whole hotel was very tastefully decorated. Spa facilities second to none. We deliberately sat in the no smoking section in the restaurant and somebody was then allowed to smoke on the next table. When will they get that this is not acceptable. |

Hotelausstattung, Lage, angebotene Leistungen Für 5 * erwarten wir viel mehr Freundlichkeit, das Hotelpersonal sollte geschult werden, um die Bedeutung von 'Gastfreundschaft' verstehen und umsetzten zu können. Was nutzt ein komfortables Zimmer, wenn man sich nicht willkommen fühlt. Am Ende des Aufenthalts noch nicht mal ein 'Danke' gesagt zu bekommen war für mich sehr enttäuschend. |

SPA, amabilitatea personalului, conditiile de cazare. Un meniu mai bogat la restaurant. O prezentare mai buna si mai detaliata a serviciilor suplimentare oferite la SPA (masaj, etc). |
