Belle Ville Hotel  

Der zuvorkommende, umsichtige und sehr freundliche Service aller Mitarbeitenden; der schön gestaltete und ruhige Innenhof; es war das schönste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise!

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Plovdiv. Recht gut saniertes altes Haus als Hotel umgebaut, interessanter Stil der Räume. Bemühte Hotelmittarbeiter.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer ( Kleiderschrank, Bad ) sehr kritisch. Duschwanne angebrochen, dadurch nach jedem Duschen schwimmt das ganze Bad im Wasser. Beim Bezahlen keine Kreditkartenzahlung möglich wegen defekten Zahlterminal.

The location and the polite personel were good. The rooms were heated very well concidering the cold winter weather in Plovdif this time of year. The rooms were big enouph and I think it's a good choice.

This is a beautiful old house with a tranquil courtyard in the oldest part of Plovdiv. Our room was very spacious, with many windows. Traveling by motorcycle, it is important that there be a safe place to park. We were able to store the bike behind the gate in the back.

The location is great. Close to the downtown pedestrian area, but not in the middle of it so its quiet when you want it to be quiet.

the politness of the personnel

In all my years of travelling I have not come across such a lovely little Hotel. It is perfectly located for exploring the Old Town of Plovdiv and yet is not too far from the newer commercial Centre. The room was spacious and well presented, and the delightful little courtyard garden was a good place to relax after a day's sightseeing. Despite being in the centre of the Old Town, it is extremely quiet. The old house has been tastefully restored and yet has all mod cons, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi etc. The staff were very helpful, spoke good English and the free transfer to Plovdiv airport at the end of my stay was the icing on the cake.

For the price I cannot find any fault with the Hotel.

- La situation au coeur de la vieille ville de Plovdiv (mais il faut impérativement un taxi pour arriver et repartir avec une valise) - le calme et les dimensions de la chambre - l'excellent petit déjeuner

- Le lit fait une fois en quatre jours - l'absence de chauffage - l'addition augmentée de deux euros par nuit pour paiement par carte bancaire

Warm welcome on arrival with a drink from the house. Beautiful rooms in bulgarian style. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Staff speaks English and French. Location is great in the old centre. Nice courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast!

No lift. When we left the creditcard machine didnt work so we had to pay in cash; but then the guy from the hotel brought us to the atm and to the train station by car, which was great!
