i liked the position i hated the rude, totally unhelpful and only bulgarian speaking staff. moreover the hotel is ridiculously overpriced. |

J'ai apprécié la gentillesse et la grande disponibilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner, servi sur la terrase, était aussi très agréable. Cet hôtel est situé dans un environnement calme. Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de la vieille ville comme du centre-ville. Si la chambre était vaste, confortable et joliment décorée, la salle de bains était correcte sans plus. |

De ligging van dit prachtige pand midden in het historische centrum is heel sfeervol.Prima uitgangspunt om de stad te verkennen. Zeer matig ontbijt; geen jus d'orange, tenzij je erom vraagt en maar een klein kopje koffie.Bedienend personeel heeft weinig manieren. Sfeerloze ontbijt/dinerzaal met lawaaierige tv.Bedienend personeel bij diner wijkt geen moment van je zijde, wil het overdreven goed doen. |

Ambiente des Hotel war schön, mitten im Altstadt von Plovdiv. Das Zimmer war auch soweit in Ordnung. Mit einem großen Gepäck wird es problematisch die 4. Etage hoch zusteigen. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, jedoch in der Sache nicht richtig geschult bzw. geübt. |
