Good location - in old town. Perfect for walking around the city center. The attentive, courteous and friendly staff.

Hotel is located in the very old quarter of Plovdiv, quiet and narrow street. Has nice small courtyyard. Good quality espresso coffee at breakfast.

Was very cold in the room, heating was not turned on. Bathroom facilities could be renovated, as looks like for 2*, not more. I came with dark, so it was quite difficult to find the hotel, as streets are dark, without titles and navigation system led me somewhere close, but not right. So man from reception had to go to look for me. At the reception and in the restaurant I could feel much of smoking smell, which is not pleasant.

The location is great. Close to the downtown pedestrian area, but not in the middle of it so its quiet when you want it to be quiet.

In all my years of travelling I have not come across such a lovely little Hotel. It is perfectly located for exploring the Old Town of Plovdiv and yet is not too far from the newer commercial Centre. The room was spacious and well presented, and the delightful little courtyard garden was a good place to relax after a day's sightseeing. Despite being in the centre of the Old Town, it is extremely quiet. The old house has been tastefully restored and yet has all mod cons, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi etc. The staff were very helpful, spoke good English and the free transfer to Plovdiv airport at the end of my stay was the icing on the cake.

For the price I cannot find any fault with the Hotel.

Bell'edificio d'epoca e stanze grandi, situato nel centro storico di Plovdiv. Abbiamo trovato cordialità nello staff. Piacevole la colazione all'aperto.

Forse per le tante finestre ma la stanza era un pò rumorosa (comunque suoni naturali, dall'abbaiare del cane del vicino al cinguettio degli uccelli)

Sehe schönes Altstadthotel in Plovdiv. Geräumiges Zimmer. Ich hatte das Blaue. Bad, Gemütlichkeit, Service - alles bestens. Sehr bemühtes freundliches englischsprachiges Personal an der Rezeption.

Auswahl beim Frühstück eher dürftig, Kaffe gut und Essen schmackhaft - in BG eher selten

Accueil formidable, beaucoup de cachet et très bien placé

Nous sommes restés 2jours et le ménage n'a pas été fait entre les 2.

Bell'hotel in un edificio storico modernamente adattato, a brevissima distanza dagli edifici museali della Plovdiv antica. Zona silenziosa. Stanze molto spaziose e ben attrezzate. Grande cortesia dello staff con interlocutore anche in italiano. Ristorante con preparazioni semplici di cucina tipica bulgara. Transfer gratuito da/per l'aeroporto di Plovdiv. Ottima scelta, assolutamente consigliabile.

Warm welcome on arrival with a drink from the house. Beautiful rooms in bulgarian style. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Staff speaks English and French. Location is great in the old centre. Nice courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast!

No lift. When we left the creditcard machine didnt work so we had to pay in cash; but then the guy from the hotel brought us to the atm and to the train station by car, which was great!
