Atmosfera linistita, pozitia fata de zona centrala, gradina interioara la micul dejun Chiar daca suma totala a fost corecta in factura, in continut datele de sedere au fost inscrise gresit, ceea ce mi-a creat dificultati la decontare.

Ik heb bij Best Western Bistra & Galina Hotel gelogeerd en heb het uitstekend naar mijn zin, ook de andere gasten van de groep. Personeel was zeer hulpvaardog en aardig.Kamers waren schoon. De schoonmaak was ook uitstekend. Het eten in het restaurant was goed bereid. Wat mij de keel uithangt was die eeuwige sla (komkommer met tomaten) en witte kaas. Het was wel goed voor de slanke lijn. Geen variatie. Het enige wat mij (ons) tegenviel was het ontbijt. Voor Bulgaarse begrippen was het misschien wel goed, maar wij zijn natuurlijk Nederland gewend en voor onze begrippen was het eten smakeloos. Ik ben natuurlijk verwend, maar ik heb me wel goed kunnen aanpassem. De Bulagren moeten nog veel leren, het komt nog wel, denk ik. Verder heb ik niets te klagen.

Много любезен и отзивчив персонал. Липса на съответствие между цена и качество. Би било по-редно, хотелът да е оценен с три, а не с четири звезди. В банята има съвсем минимално пространство за душа. Вместо кабинка, има мушама, която има за цел да недопуска вода на пода. Единственото, обаче, което постига въпросната "преграда" е да лепне неприятно по тялото.

Its better to choose 3. Star hotel which will be better then this hotel It has quality equality 2,5 star,price equalty 4,5 star I travelled all aorund western europa,also stayed at Ruse several times(in hotel riga), this time i choosed this one,just because of booking.com pictures and 4 star,but result was quite bad,its very bad located,no park,very dirty.... No way for second time

Pretty good location for reaching the city's center. OId fashioned hotel, small bathroom, noisy in the morning if you forgot open windows,smelling towels. Even the stuff it's OK the hotel is not what we expected in a Best Western hotel.
