Receptionen personalet var vendlige og hurtige til at hjælpe. Træning af personalet i resturangen & køknet. Forbedring af morgenmaden den var under alt kritik i forhold til andrer 4 stjernet Bestwestern hotelrer jeg har boet på. |

I will never came back to this hotel. Very low service quality, very bed staff, no room service, no enough facilities... Problems with the warmness in the room, problems with hot water... Poor! Very poor, especially for this price! |

The hotel is located next door to the Inter Expo Centre which was very convenient if you are attending events there. A couple of the hotel staff were very helpful, but this was the exception. Most of the hotel staff were very unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. There were also multiple problems with my room. The air-con/heating didn't work and I was given 3 different kettles/jugs - none of which worked. I gave up asking. The breakfast choice was very poor and the reception didn't provide the wake up for the time I requested. |

The rooms were comfortable and the beds were good. The hotel breakfast did not invite eating too much (in this case a good thing), but it did provide sufficient variety. The staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful, the restaurant personnel not really (but that seems to be typical for Eastern Europe). Even though the hotel is actually not too bad, the location is not nice at all. It is at the outskirts of Sofia in an industrial area, hard to reach by bus. You can't even go for a short walk in the neighborhood. Ideal for meetings in the Expo Center, just next to the hotel. In other cases, I would definitely recommend picking a hotel closer to the city center. |

Nem viccelek,sajnos az amikor eljöttem. A konyha kifejezetten minősíthetetlen és ugyan ilyen drága.a szaunának nevezett , pince sarokba rejtett valamihez az öltözőben van a szobai sima kézi zuhany. Sehol egy nyugágy,de még egy szék sem. De fizetős. |
