The location of the hotel is very good. Wireless Internet was functional all the time. The matress was very hard, I couldn't sleep so nice. Sausages at the breakfast were very bad as a taste; The hotel doesn't seem to have a proper restaurant.

We stayed in a Superior Double Room for three nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location in the city center for sightseeing and shoping. Friendly, helpful multiligual staff. Good value for money. It would be convenient to have a tea/coffee maker in the room.

Location: quite street, near Bulv. Vitosha Breakfast: great and very nice staff at breakfast room New hotel, nice rooms Reception: staff was a little slow during check-in and check-out (but this was just a minor setback).
