Location is very good. Sea sound and view from our sea-side room were excellent. Beach is just below the hotel. Ravda center (with all its small restaurants and shopping) is very close. Air conditioner worked without problems. Breakfasts are standard 'american style' ones (we had lunch and dinner in Ravda). Children pool on the rooftop is good. WiFi in lobby and on the rooftop is operational. Staff is cherrful and unobtrusive. Staff members speak decent English, do not want to speak Russian (which is good) but can in case of emergency (which is also good). Debet/credit cards are not accepted, cash only. Staff does not know where is nearest atm and anyway none of two Ravda ATMs accepted my Visa debet card (one was Eurocard/Mastercard-only, another did not work), so I was forced to travel to Nessebar to withdraw cash. Also staff cannot assist in ordering taxi at decent rate (but since I had computer and WiFi it was not a big problem). WiFi works on lobby and rooftop (another ap is located there), but not in room. In my room on first floor there was one place where I catched glimpse of signal, but this place was on the wardrobe (I..e unusable) - so to use WiFi in room one need WiFi extender with high-gain antenna. Ac power available only whenroom key is in cradle (with exception of wall socket for refrigirator, so if you want to charge your gadgets while absent - have a powerstrip ready). Pool on rooftop is so shallow that it's good only for children, but for them it is poorly fenced (it is possble for child to mount fence and fall to ground), so adult supervision is necessary.

The rooms are big and have nice terraces with some sea views. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is nice and the location is right in the beach. The pool is ok although it can get crowded and the view from there is great. The food at dinner is revolting. Cold slop served in vats from a buffet. Very poor quality and disappointing for 7.50 euro ( which goes a long way in Bulgaria). Also the manager insists on payment in cash and will not accept credit or debit cards contrary to what the booking details say. Initially we were told they would only accept cash in euros and the guy behind the desk told me to go to the bank and change money into euros but in the end they took leva.

С утро до ночи в коридорах отеля играет радио, так что в номере не отдохнёшь. Мимо отеля на пляж постоянно идут толпы людей и шумят даже ночью.

Местоположеноето на хотела е много добро, на самия морски бряг и съвсем близо до центъра на Равда. -хигиената в ресторанта не беше добра, често по съдовете имаше остатъци от предишното хранене -почистването на стаите е недостатъчно, състоеше се в изхвърляне на коша и поставяне на тоалетна хартия -в подземния паркинг котка беше издраскала боята на колата ни -резервацията ни беше за стая с изглед към морето, опитаха се да ни настанят в такава с изглед парк -.......
