Room was clean and it has a nice view of the garden. A lot of TV channels were available. Hotel staff were very friendly. They accepted us to check out an hour passed the usual time, so we could stay a little bit more on the beach on last day. Breakfast was decent. The hotel offers the possibility to order food and beverage extra standard breakfast for a small amount of money. Even the towels were clean, they look like being used too many times. |

It is surrounded by lovely pine trees in a beautiful green scenery yes, the advertisment notice reccomended Bisser as a location with a swimming pool; however, to my disappointment, the pool was empty and there was no chance of having any water until the end of my stay |

the hotel is close to the old castel of qeen Maria of Romania - 10 minutes walking distance. at the first view the hotel is scary - the reception and the first building are not in a good condition. The building which are reserved here are clean and they do not have any bad smell. For this price the hotel is excelent. not close tothe beach - you have some stairs but i do recomand them only for daylight and young peoples. only the reception staff is speaking english. |

clean, pleasant rooms, nice staff; the hotel is relatively close to the sea, the balchik castle and the beach, to the shops and the pharmacy as well; the surrounding area is very quiet (except that at night there is music from a nearby club) there are two paths from the beach to the hotel - one is very filthy and the other one is not illuminated at night. the breakfast was rather poor, not very suitable for small children. mosquitos can be a real nuisance as there are no insect nets in the windows |

The price is good, they have guarded parking and a big pool The staff did not know english, only bulgarian, the towels were not changed every 3 days as promised, there were money missing from my room and noise. |
