clean, pleasant rooms, nice staff; the hotel is relatively close to the sea, the balchik castle and the beach, to the shops and the pharmacy as well; the surrounding area is very quiet (except that at night there is music from a nearby club) there are two paths from the beach to the hotel - one is very filthy and the other one is not illuminated at night. the breakfast was rather poor, not very suitable for small children. mosquitos can be a real nuisance as there are no insect nets in the windows |

The price is good, they have guarded parking and a big pool The staff did not know english, only bulgarian, the towels were not changed every 3 days as promised, there were money missing from my room and noise. |

piscine, the view, the park everything, except the bathroom, is old. The hotel has no rules. I couldn't sleep, it was very noisy becouse the groups of young peoples was screaming untill 2 or 3 in the morning. And the breakfast was very poor. sorry, but this is my opinion. It must better management there. |

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Das Team am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Im Preis ist auch die Benutzung eines Swimmingpools vorgesehen. Das Hotel ist nah an Albena, wo man schöne Strände finden kann. In Balcsik selbst kann man gut und günstig essen. Das Frühstück war nur symbolisch und von geringer Qualität. Man sollte lieber zu Hause essen. Das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sind renovierungsbedürftig. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung, unweit sind zahlreiche Restaurants zu finden. Der Pool ist sauber und mittelgroß. Leider unglaublich laut (Diskomusik bis 4 Uhr morgens von nahegelegenen Hotels, an Schlaf nicht zu denken), keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer |
