Quite clean and new apartment! Very cheap.

Everything was fine. No problems.

Very close to the airport. Big bathroom, clean, cosily

No mikrowave and toster. No dish for prepare meal for kid. No additional blankets.Nobody will meat you on the reseption if you arrive after 22-00.

-Very clean -Unbelievable value for money (we had a fridge,microwave,sattelite tv on our large room at a very low price) - The building is fairly new, which is especially nice considering how old the buildings in Sofia are. -Check-in is at 13:00, we arrived at 08:00, and they kindly let us leave our luggage for safekeeping at no extra charge (Thank you!). -10 minute walk to subway station.

-Staff was not really into English, but still communication was ok.

Staff speaks Russian. The hotel has a lift. No problem, you can negotiate and settle at night. Accepted in the calculation of credit cards. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. For younger children there is a playground. Nicely arranged parking.

Everything was very good. It is definitely a value for the money. The location was perfect for me, the room was clean, there was a big and nice bathroom, positive-mind staff. There are a lot of places to go to eat on a walking distance

The apartment offered a lot of space for my family, 3 bedrooms, kitchen. All fine. Location is a bit off the center, but very close to the airport (5 min. drive).

The room wasn't ready on-time, even though we called a day before to confirm the arrival time, usually not really a problem, but not when traveling with small children. That's the only 'minus', at least a call back would have been nice.

The door can be openned with a credit so when I got myself locked outside of my room and the staff couldn't help me in any possible way . . . some advice from my father and a few minutes alone with the door got my back in!

How can a pretend hotel like that doesn't know of a keywright that works 24h . . . and the woman was angry with me cuz I called to ask for assistace. I'm never going back there again!

only thought we was getting a double bed with a tv but we actually had kitchenette large balcony and settee , it was absolutely a great place to stay and staff excellent .

The size of the 3 bedroom apartment for the price was more than expected. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The location was great with a safe place to park the car. We have four kids and it had more than enough room. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is pretty convenient if you're arriving in Sofia with a car. The underground station is supposed to be really close although I've never had to use it so I have no idea how close it actually is. The studio I stayed in was really cosy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place as a low-cost option.

Although there's parking sometimes there are no enough parking spaces.

Perfect location for people who would like to go fast to the airport. Also the building is located in a very quite area. The staff is extremely friendly. There is a coffee machine and water dispenser (the coffee was quite good). I liked it and I will visit it again!

The soundproofing was not very good, however I did not really have a problem with that. Also it might be necessary for you to bring a shampoo and toothpaste/toothbrushes if you plan to stay longer considering there are only 2 small soaps provided in the bathroom.

Staff were really helpful & eager to know if everything was ok, they also kindly allowed us to take our dog. The apartment was modern, clean & there was a nice en suite with spacious shower, the room was ok for space. There was also parking although it wasn't secure. We'd stay again.

In front of the apartment block there's waste ground which was thick mud, (not the apartment's parking) several cars got stuck in this during the night & were very loud. The walls were paper thin & we could clearly hear next door's TV & loud voices late into the night...we didn't sleep very well due to this.

Location was very good and nice apartments

Very difficult to communicate with the staff since they do not understand English.

Good (7 min walk to the metro Mladost 3) as well as quiet location. A small grocery store in the block next to the hotel. There is also a Billa and a Kaufland stores within a 20 min walk. We lived in the room 1 on the ground floor. The linen and towels were changed every 2-3 days. The bed however makes an awful sound every time you move)

Not too far from the airport

My original booking was for a 2-bedroom flat (advertised as an accommodation for 6 people!). On arrival, I was asked to pay and handed over the key to the accommodation which turned out to be a one-bedroom flat with a double bed in the bedroom and a dreary looking sofa- bed in the kitchen-diner. My wife remembered that a day before our departure for Sofia, she had become suspicious when the hotel had e-mailed us to ask how many people were arriving ( this information being available on the booking form). We went down to speak with the manger who explained that the bigger flats were on the upper floor and currently didn't have hot water and heating. Hence she had decided to give us a smaller flat and explained that she had already reflected this in the price she charged us (without giving us a chance to refute this inadequate offer!). We had a terrible night sleeping on the tiny sofa-bed , having given up the only proper bed to our daughter and her child. The flat was not sufficiently equipped for self-catering, and having moved us at their own will (and our peril!) to a smaller flat, the management hadn't bothered to at least provide an adequate number of cups. So after a sleepless night, the four of us had to make do with the three available cups. And if we meant to eat our breakfast cereal from a bowl - tough luck- we had to use the same three cups!

It is close to the International Expo Center, the Sofia Business Park, the Metro (underground/subway), and the airport/aeroport. There are two major supermarkets in easy walking distance for those who self-cater. Each room has a kitchenette (just a microwave, fridge, sink, counter- space and a couple of cabinets, but no oven). The rooms are large and clean. The decor is simple and comfortable. The metro is new, clean, efficient and cheat. It allows you to travel to the centre of the city for 1/2 euro (payable in local currency only). The buses are frequent, cheap, old and unkempt, and can take you anywhere in the city. Staff are friendly, understand English, but limited in their ability to speak English. Be careful about the taxis. As in most cities the taxis drivers can be very crooked. Only use ok Supertrans 973-2121. They are honest, and get a receipt (that keeps them honest).

Cash only. No credit cards accepted. Local currency only. But there are cash point machines (ATMs) at the local supermarkets (Billa and Kaufland) that accept any cards. Do not use the money changers at the airport.

Perfect for car traveler,easy to find,safe parking places,clean rooms,polite owners,nerby shopping malls,10 minutes to centre(by car).

Very good value for that money. Clean and calm. Fine place.
