The swimming pool was very good and well maintained. Also the central location of the hotel with the main attractions just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is a bit tired looking and could do with refurbishment. The carpets in the hotel could do with being replaced as they were very dirty looking and worn. Breakfast was adequate although could do with being moved from the entrance of the resturaunt to further inside as people are trying to push past you when you are queuing.

It is very nice hotel . The stuff is new –very kind,polite .We found small presents in the room after cleaning – cards , hearts with greetings. They was very polite and took care of us – offered different entertaimnets ,places to visit, all the information we need. Even when we left the hotel they sent a private car, exporting us to the airport. It is very clean ,comfortable. The restorant - great food for all types of flavor,great service. We spent our vacantion all most next to the swimming pool or playing billiard. Oh , and the staff give us bikes for few hours to drive around Sunny beach. I offer you this hotel. Was a great vacantion.

The rooms were clean, the water was hot, the beds, although they didn't look too comfortable, I had no trouble sleeping. The location was on a main road and quite a walk to the centre of sunny beach. The pool was not ready and was still under repair.

Персоналът беше много любезен и отзивчив.Стаите са чисти и комфортни,разполагат с тераса,басейнът беше ок също,закуската е на шест. Не ми хареса единствено асансьора,доста е бавен:) и 4е при излизане от стаята се спира и климатика автоматично.

In this hotel was only good few things, recondition in the room, housekeeping, and swimming pool. Especially staff who dosing speek English only one young boy on the bar speek a little, reception woow one day I come to ask abaut to buy a coffee and what I see a reception woman cry like baby and she ask me numbers of room woow then I go to the restaurant and I ask for koffe again so old woman come make coffe I ask her how much I need to pay and the answer was, sugar? Oh yes and teaspoon ok. And to more things no wi- fi,and the hotel have a 2 Stars not 3 like on internet. Big thanks
