It was pleasure for us to stay there. Our apartment was really pretty and comfortable and we were surprised with a bottle of wine and some other things as first guests. Well organised complex with a lot of facilities... |

Long distance from the center, no elevator at the hotel. Very poor menu for the breakfast every day the same, no black tee - it ended! Breakfast supposed to be ready at 7.30 a.m. at 8.00 still no coffee or tee or anything else to drink and half of the usual menu. In the evening long time waiting for the ordered food. 3 days without changing towels-that's how long we stayed. |

water through the light fitting of the bathroom, had to change rooms at a reduction of only 6 euros. curtains had no stops, so kept comming off. bathroom door fell off,due to worn screws. no english tv channels except news |

Very comfortable apartment, everithing brand new, fully equiped kitchen, good heating (electric, controlled by the user), nice and clean indoor swimming pool (also well heated), sauna, very friendly staff, available own parking place The shuttle service to the gondola was available only until 10:00 am (9:00 CET), we could not manage to catch it. I would expect availability by 12:00 |

Η ασφάλεια που αισθανόσουν κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής λόγω των φυλασόμενων χώρων,ο περιβάλων χώρος των κτιρίων και φυσικά η πισίνα. Το βασικό μειονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου σε σχέση με άλλα της Πόλης είναι το εστιατόριο,όπου ο σεφ θα πρέπει βα έχει γνώσεις ανατολίτικης και ευρωπαικής κουζίνας,ώστε το φαγητό να είναι προσιτό σε μας. |

Il s'agit d'un hôtel avec des prix avantageux, mais qui offre tous les services nécessaires à un séjour réussi, notamment le service d'une navette d'aéroport. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre. |

Обслуживание на рецепшене. Желательно, чтобы был ски-бас и в дневные часы - с 12 до 14, так как гостиница находится далеко от лифта и тем, кто хочет кататься на лыжах только пол дня, неудобно добираться. |
