New apartment, fairly comfortable beds, spa center that is mainly OK. The apartment was not very clean on our arrival. We found dirty dishes, and bathroom was far from perfect. For 7 days of our stay they did not clean the apartment (including the bathroom), and also they did not change towels at all!. We had to clean everything ourselves, and to wash towels.

καθαρο ξενοδοχειο, ανετα δωματια, ζεστα δωματια και μεγαλα, για την τιμη παρα πολυ καλο το προσωπικο δεν ηξερε αγγλικα ή ελληνικα και ετσι δεν μπορουσαν να μασ εξυπηρετησουν και λιγο μακρια απο το κεντρο

΄ολα ήταν άψογα, ειδικά το προσωπικό. είναι η τρίτη φορά που επιλέγουμε τη διαμονή μας στο ίδιο συγκρότημα και θα το επιλέξουμε και την επόμενη που θα επισκεφτούμε το μπάνσκο. καλή χρονιά!

Αυτονομα διαμερισματα με επαρκεις χώρους και οικονομικο Σπασμενος καναπες και καμμενος απο τσιγαρο χωρις καν προσπαθεια καλυψης του. Επισης το διαμερισμα ειχε 2 τουαλετες εκ των οποιων η μια δεν είχε καν νιπτηρα εκτος απο τη λεκανη τουαλετας. Επιπλεον αν και αναβουν συνεχεια τα καλοριφερ ειναι πολυ μικρα και δεν αρκουν για να ζεσταθει ο χωρος.

スタッフの内、２人は英語が完璧で通じる。なのでいない時は不便を感じる。ここは冬はスキー場なので今はシ- ーズンOFF。宿泊客も我々だけだった。部屋は広くて気持ちいい。山なので空気がとても澄んでいて気持ちい- い！別棟にあるサウナも気持ちよかった。ただし、夜の６時で終わりなのでちょっと早過ぎると思う。POOL- は室内のがあるがちょっと温度が冷たかった。。朝食は本来なら食べ放題のビュッフェなのだが我々だけなので- メニューからの注文であったが、たらふく食べる事ができた。インターネットもWi-Fiで１Fのレセプション周辺で２４時間可能だ。（無料） バスステーションと、すぐ真後ろにある鉄道駅からは歩くと遠いい。（２５分位）タクシーを使っても２００円- もかからない。WEBではエレベーターが完備との事であるが無かった。。部屋は２F,３Fとあるので足の悪い方やお年寄りには大変かもしれない。。。

τα δωματια ηταν πολυ ανετα και ζεστα και υπηρχε ζεστο νερο οταν φτασαμε. η πισινα ηταν αρκετα κρυα, ο καναπες που ανοιγε για να κοιμηθουνε αλλα 2 ατομα δεν ειχε μαξιλαρι(οταν ανοιγε ο μισος ηταν ξυλινος), 2 ατομα απο το προσωπικο μιλουσαν αγγλικα, δεν ειχε τζακουζι, απλα ειχε σαουνα μπανιο ατμου κ μια παγωμενη πισινα με υδρομασαζ
